Who We Are
Frogtown Hobbies was created in the summer of 2012 by two long-time friends, Rob Coffman and James Fox, who met while playing the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering in 1998. James, the son of a hobby shop owner, and Rob, a competitive player in the local and regional scene, aimed to create an online experience that combined their many years playing and interacting in the industry with the needs of gamers from across the country. Just as the games themselves had forged the friendship between James and Rob, they were eager to give back to the gaming community and welcome players of all ages to share and enjoy their favorite collectible card games, board games, and miniatures. To this end, the brand-new Frogtown Hobbies brick and mortar store opened in the Summer of 2014, ushering in a new era of gaming excitement to Northwest Ohio!

Located on the corner of Hill and Reynolds behind the PNC Bank in Toledo, Ohio, Frogtown Hobbies is a full-service gaming shop, offering a variety of gaming supplies and products in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Shipping
All orders over $20 will automatically receive First-Class USPS shipping with tracking and are sent out the next business day. Orders made after 5 PM EST will be treated as an order placed for the next day. Orders under $10 will be shipped cheapest possible way. Priority or Express available upon request for additional fees.
Refund/Return
Sealed Product
If you would like to return any factory-sealed merchandise that we have sent you, simply contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges. If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will also refund all shipping charges associated with the transaction. However, if an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item can not be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Singles
Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, we do not accept returns on single cards.
However, there are two exceptions to this policy:
1) If a customer is not satisfied with the condition of any single cards they have received, simply contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item(s). Please be aware that only 'Unplayed' and 'Slightly Played' cards can be returned. In the event that we are unable to exchange the item(s), we will issue the customer a full refund for the purchase price of that item(s). We will also refund all shipping charges exclusively associated with the return of the item(s).
2) All orders are re-checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have accidentally received item(s) that you did not order, simply contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for
Magic: the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, CardFight!! Vanguard, Pokemon, other trading card games, Dice Masters, Star Wars: Destiny and board games.
