I’ve been going to supplement/health stores for years now and Tamlyn gives the best customer service I’ve probably ever had in any store ever. Not only that but she is very knowledgeable on the products and always legitimately makes your day better. Keep this employee around as long as you can. We need more people like her that actually care about their job
I love my vitamin shoppe. Located on Monroe Street. The manager is very kind and sweet and very knowledgeable! Why go anyplace else. They have everything you need.
The staff is helpful with some goof information on the products. They have a good range of health products including proteins, dietary supplements and other stuff.
Nicest interaction I’ve had with any employee PERIOD. Super friendly and not overbearing with questions. They offer a great selection of products as well.
The store hours are 10am to 8 pm. I arrived at the store at 11am and the doors are locked. There is a sign on the door stating "We'll be back in 15 minutes. Not good during g the holiday season........
I spend roughly about $250 a month at this store but today I was a bit busy with work so my mother who had nothing better to do volunteered to go as she needed some items herself. Normally the female managers there are super knowledgeable and helpful, today they weren’t there. There was a guy working by himself and he was beyond bothered to be at work. He was extremely rude to my 65 year old mother who bought about $170 worth of items. He didn’t know about the products she asked for, he was rude to the other customers in the store and spent more time playing on his phone than he did helping customers. It really makes me somewhat upset because I go out of my way to visit this location rather than on Monroe street because the staff usually holds themselves to a higher standard. I may reassess if I still give this place my business in the future. Today’s date 2/2/21
Very good, they always have what I need. I spoke with the manager today. She is very nice and knowledgeable.
Stopped by at 6:45pm to pick up some protein powder. On a google search it showed the store was open till 8:30. The sign on the store's window also showed that in addition to shopping inside, the store's curbside pickup was available from 10am-8:30pm. There was a staff member in the store however the door was locked and he completely ignored my self and another customer that came to the door a couple minutes later. Tried calling the store while the guy was standing at the front desk and he ignored the call as well. Horrible customer service!
Placed an order online a week ago and just went to this location for pickup. Employees wouldn't open the door or even step up to it to tell me what was going on, the guy was behind the counter trying to avoid looking up and making eye contact. I went back to the car to call and I could see the girl staring at the phone but she didn't pick up. Google says they close at 9 pm, sign on front door says they close at 7 pm and its not even 6:30 yet.
