The Front Bay Park Conservation Area is an approximate 11 acre wooded area on Bay Street with trails that take you along the shores of the Back Bay area of Wolfeboro. Just minutes from downtown, this small, secluded area offers some short walking paths, lots of birds in some small marsh areas, water views of Back bay and picnicking. The trails were built in 2012 and there is also a picnic gazebo along with kayak/canoe access from the water. This is a short, quiet walk with water views of Back Bay and downtown Wolfeboro, marsh areas, several benches for sitting, and rock walls. Small parking area, but it has handicap parking, and the trails are handicapped access. The walk down to the water's edge is 5-10 minutes and the full trail walk is 20-25 minutes.
