Beth and Jim are the rudest most unkind people I have ever met to run a business. They have been rude and mean to us. We are just common folk who are not Millionaires and that bothers them I think.
Nice well managed tight basic no frills accomodating campground. It's not a resort. It's not for big rigs. It's just a friendly place to sleep and is decorated nicely. We will go back again when we need to visit that area again. If that is what you are looking for then it is 5 star.
This is my third year at Willey Brook Campground. I love it here, the campground is beautiful and I adore Beth and Jim the owners. It is a quiet community with easy access to the Town of Wolfeboro, and beautiful lakes. It is a great get away and a little piece of heaven to me.
Worst campground ever. The owners are very rude and disrespectful and racist. They micromanage everything you do and you get screamed at for everything. Don't bring the kids here not kid friendly.
The owners were extremely friendly to me and my family. My parents had camped here for a couple days recently and had to leave early and we're extremely understanding about it. Very nice, quiet, and they kept up with the place.
Enjoyed a 3 night stay in the RV in late May. Nice level site, cleanest bathhouse ever experienced, and hot showers without a coin feeder. Close enough for most to bike down to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail, to Albee Beach, and on to Downtown Wolfeboro. Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed this campground. Run by a couple who has owned the place for 22 years. Nice a quiet, resonably priced and only 30 minutes to the trailhead at Mount Major. I will definately be staying here then next time I'm in the area! Thanks Beth and Jim!
I called the place because I was in the area working and looking to set up a tent for a couple weeks...the woman that answered was real rude said she has a tent site but she didn't tolerate partying i said know worries, she asked how many people I said, just me during the week and my girlfriend and to little boy 4 and 5 friday night to Sunday morning. Got an immediate nope not gonna happen! She was real rude I would not recommend this campground yo anybody!
We have camped there multiple times over the last 3 years. It's quiet, incredibly clean, and Jim and Beth make you feel like family.
We never got to arrive at this campground due to Hurricane Irma hitting our home on Cudjoe Key, FL. I called and cancelled the day we would be there. Unfortunately, they refused to return any of the full payment we sent them. No compassion at this campground.
