Amazing store one if a kind so many things to make your home more beautiful.
Had the most horrendous experience! This is a horrible place! I went in for the after Christmas sale and there were many items that were mislabeled and the manager wouldn’t honor even-though it was their faults for mislabeling the items. I was not the only one that was questioning the mislabeled amounts. There were numerous merchandise that were mislabeled that had incorrect amounts and the workers saw that and still will not honor their errors. Stay away from this establishment! Horrible service! Rude staff! The worker was so worked up on harassing me on the merchandise because of the mislabel, I felt harassed because I asked if they could honor it. She was so rude! And so was the manager! They were racist too because I was not white! That’s the feeling I got! Everyone was treated fairly except me! Overall experience was just traumatizing! Corporate should know about this! I will leave reviews everywhere!
The shopping experience is excellent and the store has a wonderful ambiance during the holidays. Unfortunately, their Christmas decorations are cheaply made like everyone else’s. We spent a small fortune on pre-lite garland with the hopes it would be higher quality that lasted for a few years, after 2 years we lost the lights on a section of the garland. We called customer support to be told there is no way to replace the bulbs or fix the problem. This is an issue, just throw away everything and buy more. We may as well shop at Target from now on. Very disappointed in their customer experience answers and inability solve which should be a simple fix.
Kudos to Frontgate Plano for such wonderful customer service. Elizabeth answered the phone when I called today and patiently and thoroughly handled my questions. She went above and beyond by checking the warehouse for an outdoor rug that I was interested in as it was not on display in the store. When she found it was unavailable, she was able to show me that by using a code that I didn't have access to, she would be able to help me get a better price. Elizabeth spent almost a half hour with me and I so appreciated her courteous attention and her desire to give me excellent service. You are lucky to have someone such as Elizabeth representing your store!
New Post Had a horrible customer service experience a couple months ago and Sandra and CJ redeemed this store for me a couple days ago. Big “thank you” to them both for their customer first work ethic. Having said that, the manager/lead there has horrible customer service skills. He does not want to do his job…will not even speak or offer to help. Corporate really needs to do something about this. Old post rating of 1 This is my 2nd time giving this store a chance and nothing has changed Just walked out the store and there were 7 employees visible laughing and having a great time amongst themselves and not 1 said anything to me the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. Guess they didn’t want the money I was going to spend on their Artic Chill Beverage set. Will take it elsewhere
Manager is horrible!! He doesn’t want to do his job! Would not shop here again because of his poor management and unwillingness to work with customers. Long story short, I ordered a cabinet in the store, the lady who helped me ordered the wrong color, so I sent it back with the delivery driver and called the main customer service, who told me to call the Plano store, so I did and the manager said he couldn’t help me with the return and to call customer service, so I call customer service back and they finally helped me, but they let me know the store manager definitely could have helped.
Visited the shop on their Holiday Open House and was BLOWN AWAY with the holiday decor!! Susan and her team did an incredible job transforming the store into a magical holiday experience!!!
VERY LET DOWN with the Staff and Facility on Thursday, August 12, 2021. We come from out of town and really enjoy the Frontgate store when in Frisco. The Staff that day were treating customers ugly...very ugly. When we entered the store, we were asked if we had masks? Not Good Afternoon...Not How are you...Not Welcome back... My wife and I said No, and then the dark headed lady proceeded to ask if we would like one? I in turn said "no, but thank you though." She then stated that "Please know that you will not have ANYONE that will want to help you because you are not wanting to wear a mask" REALLY?? Then we took about 10 more steps and a second blonde lady asked the exact same exact questions. My wife just ended up leaving the store highly agitated. How could the blonde lady not have heard the exact same conversation we just had 10 feet away. And could she have also started out with "welcome"?? The staff really should not patronize the customer. Especially when all we wanted to do was shop. We probably didn't even need "help" until we checked out. I stayed and looked over the store and saw the staff react the same way to multiple people as they came through as well. They even asked people that were already asked once before. There is no mask mandate...there is no local ordinance. And we went through the LV Store, Gucci and lunch and didn't experience any of this same problem while shopping that day. I just don't understand why you would treat a customer this way. If you choose to wear a mask or don't wear a mask...it's your decision, not mine. I can't control what you do. But, you don't have to be disrespectful to people and treat them like they are trash in your store. I didn't make you come to work that day...I just wanted to be a customer. Just very surprised with the overall atmosphere that was created in the store by the actual staff. Like I said....very let down. Sad actually. I hope you get a handle on that.
I must say that my opinion and experience with this store has completely changed for the better! Sometimes people and places need a second chance/try. ;- Let me begin by saying that first and foremost, this store has EXCELLENT products for the home, period! Gorgeous decor, unique style, and in many cases, great values. Staff is courteous, helpful, and attentive. Overall, they are a worthy contender to ANY "Home Decor" retailer you may consider shopping with. I hand picked all of the flowers here from Frontgate for our vase different store. Their synthetic flowers are absolutely GORGEOUS!!
Love, love Frontgate. I have shopped here several times since the opening, and love the experience. Each of the sales staff that I have worked with are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have purchased several towels and appreciate the in-store monogramming service. Each time I've been to the store, the employees have helped me out with my bags. Also, I really like the large shopping bags!
