Frontier Resort Cafe and Marina

Awful! Pulled in and had to wait for a child on a big wheel to pull up his pants, apparently he just relieved himself in our 'spot'. Got backed in and realized it was electric only! Website said full hookups. No host, little store was closed, tried emailing. While waiting an old black truck pulling a very old, unsafe looking camper pulls up in front of us. Guy gets out drinking a beer and we noticed that a female was riding in the camper! She was standing in the doorway. We pulled out, counted our losses, as we prepaid, and drove another two hours. We only wanted to rest, shower and sleep. From the looks of things, all of that would have been impossible. Drive by... don't stop!

Packed in like sardines, no room between campers, no room for tables or chairs or anything. No way to communicate with anyone, no messages returned, no way to call anyone. Tried to find out times for checking in and out, no information available. Will not be staying again.

Small and very close together camp sites

It's a great place to live or park a camper and enjoy Lake Maloney, and the surrounding North Platte, NE. Their boat dock is decent, and their gasoline prices are very reasonable.

Been there twice and closed both times. The operating hours must be very limited.
