Frontier Travel Park

Frontier Park has a marvelous character all its own. With an origin and retro character of the 1950's and 60' ... one will see the artistic efforts of the entire community working together to restore the "fun" times and more from the past. Now more of a sanctuary of beautiful domestic cats left behind by previous residence ... in conjunction with The Humane Society and Pet Rescue Agencies ... many of Frontier are coming together to create a most wonderfully safe and unique living environment ... luke none other. Organic gardening landscaping ... outdoor layer back hanging out with neighbors ... Just a caring cooperation banning together ... and you should see how clean it is of no hurricane damaging debris ... it's l8fe and 'morning coffee' back and restored as usual. The property management and residents truly know what they are doing.

This is a bad place to live The property manager plays favorites if your not her boyfriend who she lets run everything or his friends don't count on her she always lets her boyfriend have music very very loud even after ten o'clock which is against the lease She still lets him do it but when someone else does she comes quick Also they only hire cheap labor so most of the workers don't know what there doing, when you call the owner to complain they tell hem you lied So he never fix the problem which is understanding you can't fixs something when you don't know it's broken And if that not bad enough the cops are Over there every week i mean really every week!! And since I lived there two people have die there either on or by the property Which is just creepy.edit it's been 3 years since I reviewed this place and it has only gotten worse there is now a new owner who has Jack up everybody rent up by 35% to45% pushing low income people sometimes into homeless with the rent for a run down trailer being $700 to $975 a month at least the previous owner keep rent cheap but now a run down trailer is crazy overpriced please don't move here unless it's your last resort

If I could give this dump - 5 stars I would.Ive been all over the world and I gotta tell you this dump is a joke.They run illegal plumbing and electric which is bad enough and then to make it all match.type up illegal lease agreement for people that are too scared or don't know the difference plus I haven't seen a place in it fit to let a dog reside.Talk about a bunch of entitled jackleg fly by night slum lord's.

The place has potential...needs some TLC...a couple coats of paint would really improve the exteriors...didn't go inside any of the rentals, but I imagine its the same on the inside...a few window AC units would help with things, as I imagine its pretty darn warm in the Summer...but they'd have to be 'firmly secured'.

Old trailers and cottages. No maintenance to speak of. Drugs, police but I've been around worse. Not everyone are drug addicts. Some people own their trailers. I feel safer there then then many other places.

It's A ok place to live? The managers are nice and helpful. But the actual owner is A A.hole. won't let manager's fix to much.. when something break's..

And Miss Evelyn lets them in the bad people and the drug dealers she lets him in but she doesn't want nice people move in they will she will let drug dealers drug users and bad people move in and as far as the people that she works for she screws them out of money she wants to keep all the money to herself and she's a two-faced liar and the pot. Just park the way she's managing it she gone she's going to run it to the ground and the owner doesn't even care

Needs to be tore down and rebuilt

fake exterior and rundown trailers with mostly unfriendly long-term tenants. there a few studio cabins from the 50's and this is not so much a park as it is a slum! camp nebraska 24 blocks down the street below 109th st is just as bad with an even meaner manager. in both cases, absolutely DO NOT GO OUT AT NIGHT-extremely bad for your health -drug sales. gangs and dogs run loose in both areas!!!
