I’ve been living here less than a year, and so far: • the neighborhood is beautiful, but full of cats which I love and have no issue with other than the fact that there are about 20 per street, and I feel like someone might be breeding or people just don’t know how to care for their cats and also dead cats all around. •neighborhood is pretty quiet during the day, but there is loud music every other night it seems and it’s from all around the neighborhood, sometimes even the office when there is an event, it didn’t bother us at first compared to our last apartment but it’s starting to get ridiculous, from like 1pm-1am just loud music and parties, you can’t really do much but call the police even though there is a noise ordinance in the neighborhood. • management/employees are kind for the most part but I did have an issue with the manager threatening to make us late on our rent our third month here, because I had asked to be spoken to politely after she seemed annoyed by my questions. It seemed like a bad day maybe, but I felt threatened and helpless as a new homeowner and young homeowner, she refused to speak to me but would speak to my boyfriend who was there thankfully. but the other office assistance or manager is super kind and helpful, I would recommend her she’s in the first office when you enter the office area. • pot holes and things were fixed when we first moved in and we’ve had no other issues in the neighborhood pertaining to that, it’s actually very well kept.
The fact that I used to mow the lawn makes it 5 star hahaha hope you love the green lawns
Regional manager threatened me with eviction if I called corporate again with problem of someone living here not taking background check as well as doing damage to some of my things on my lot. He also yelled at my husband to "GO" if he didn't like the shabby way the park was managed. My husband has stage IV cancer with mets to the lung. He receives chemo and immunotherapy and is weak. The stress from these managers is causing other medical issues and hindering his cancer progress. Shooting from a drug deal gone bad, attempted kidnapping of little girl just to mention a few of the awful management in here. Will be contacting their lawyers in Pensacola to review Florida statutes for people over 65 with a terminal illness.
It is a neat community with a very nice center, but it is not very safe and has many cats that damage cars, gardens and property. Also, there are neighbors who run and walk their pets around the property.
Management is very unprofessional and rude, highly recommend if you rent their space for an event take video before and after, because they will not return your deposit even when it has been left cleaner than received. In my opinion management at this site needs training on ethics and customer service.
I have lived here most of my life. I grew up here The neighborhood has had its ups and downs, but overall it has been a good place to live. Lots of the neighbors are friendly with each other. The pool and the park have seen its changes, but are full of fun memories for me. The ponds have had their struggles, especially the front one, but they always bounce back after a drought. There are some beautiful homes and lawns. Of course, like every neighborhood it has its drawbacks, but none of them make a large enough negative impact. It's not the best place to live, and it's not the worst. It's just a good place to live.
I have lived in Meadowbrook Village for many years and still there. I love this community only thing I am always having issues with neighbors pets doing their necessities in my yard have complained many times but resolution never taken care off. I feel people should pick up after their pets if you consider them family plus it will keep the community look better if you are trying to want to sell your home.
I love Meadowbrooke Village!! Great place to live and very clean and beautiful!! I've lived here for 10 years and it is a very friendly environment for everyone and the staff in management are very nice to everyone!!
It's ok, can offer residence more as there property fee continues go up every year. But for 2022 the fee went up triple. Not happy.
The whole area from front entrance to the back dog walk, is breath taking. Everything is will cut, flowers blooming in the yard, beautifully club houses, pools and friendly residences..
