We have two Seminars in affect at this time-
Athletic Development Seminar focussing on skills from oly lifting to gymnastics and basic human efficiency for the developing athletes.
Trainer Prep Seminar, level 1- This Seminar focusses on the coach themselves, Giving the science behind movement including anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, programming, coaching methods, legal aspects etc. This is a great course for a coach in ANY field to help support or prepare for a test in any Certification. The information presented is based on NASM, NSCA, IFPA, ACSM, CrossFit and the degree of Kinesiology and Exercise Sciences
