Special Forces Fitness is a dynamic, constantly changing workout regimen for a small groups setting. The focus will be to instill the mental and physical toughness and endurance required by the US Special Forces operators. The workouts will consist of several focuses: Mental, physical, teamwork, and confidence building.
Coinciding with the Special Forces philosophy of “unconventional warfare,” SFF will utilize workout regimens and equipment that is outside the norm of most fitness enthusiast’s way of thinking. SFF will consistently make use of items like sledgehammers, small and large tractor tires, sandbags, jump boxes, and heavy ropes and chains.
SFF will conduct classes and workout programs targeted to every level of fitness, from the most beginner level high school football player to seasoned bodybuilders looking to diversify their workouts.
