I have been training here for more than 7 months total and I enjoy it a lot. They will teach you the correct technique and the best one for your mobility and body. I used to have constant back pain after doing deadlifts or doing heavy back squats but now it doesn't happen. They are very experienced, I have been lifting at different gyms and with many different coaches but coaches here are different don't mean to belittle other coaches but I felt much better here.
Best training I've ever had, and a gym full of diverse, friendly people. I love it here and could never go back to lifting alone at 24hr Fitness. I've made more progress in 8 months at Fulcrum than I did in 4 years at 24, and all without any injuries a regular occurrence there due to my own inexperience and lack of training.
Fulcrum is a fantastic place to lift. Coaches are very knowledgeable and able to work with individuals of all levels. The programming hits pretty much every facet of fitness and includes accessory work so you don't have to worry about cobbling together your own programming. They offer concentrated olympic lifting programs and more generalized strength programs that are applicable to anyone looking to be healthier.
After a year of training here, Fulcrum has me feeling healthy and strong. The coaches are fantastic, lifters are a delight, and the equipment is top of the line. The atmosphere here is everything I could as for, and then some!
I've been going here for a couple of months, and I love it. The staff, facilities, training, and community are great, and I plan to keep coming here for as long as I can. A great place to go if you like the community of crossfit but would rather focus on strict weightlifting with good form.
A friend a colleague of mine who is a high level track coach has been working with Michael and his staff for a few years and has a very high bar in regards to people he works with. I had heard a lot of great things about Michael's approach to training, training environment, and knowledge background and finally made it in the meet him. In short, everything I heard is true and the session I saw included a lot of gym owners and aspiring professional lifters, which is always a good sign. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone wanting to move ahead in their strength training, or safely begin a lifting program in a supportive environment.
The coaches are really invested into building a better version of yourself. I came into Fulcrum to seek guidance on how to move better in olympic weightlifting. Now I've recently signed up for my first meet in October and I can't wait to put my training to the test. The community at Fulcrum is also amazing. I drive from Greenlake to Redmond because of the support from the community and talented coaches at this facility. It's hard to find another place when you found your niche!

Seems like a nice place but rude and inconsiderate to the people who live nearby. The music is generally way too loud and makes it difficult when trying to give an infant a nap.
We’ve been working with Michael for many years and followed from his previous locations.
