M² Fitness is a personal training facility. We primarily work 1:1 with clients but also offer 2:1 training. We are set up to work with all demographics ranging from novice athletes to athletes training for competition and to anyone suffering from injury or other medical conditions. Using a team approach to training, we can prevent plateaus, which often leads to a weakened commitment, by using different styles and techniques. This has been proven to have better results than working with a single trainer.
