I was looking for a workspace close to home and Wolf Creek Library met my expectations! It's a quiet environment, the staff is friendly and professional. It's a great place to bring children of all ages.
Word of advice, having a bitter old lady at the front desk isn’t very welcoming. Caught her giving a woman dirty looks and overheard her giving another young lady an attitude for asking where the bathroom was?.. if you’re going to give the community a nice peaceful quiet place to study/read etc please make sure you’re hiring people who have proper costumer service and aren’t rude to others who come into the establishment.
This library is beautiful but that old black lady in there is a miserable old bat! Why isn’t there any tours and NOBODY is welcoming. This is sad because I brought my kids there to learn about libraries and how they work and her attitude made my kids uncomfortable.
Beautiful library but The front desk lady left bitter taste to me. I was not able to get a library card but this is the closes library to my family.
Beautiful facility with a great selection of books for all ages.
My first time visiting this library was 8/1/2022. I was pleased to come here because it looked fairly new and clean, and is closer to my home. However when I walked in I told the woman lightskin overweight black lady at the desk I needed to print something. She said go to the computer and log in with the guest card. I asked her where the guest cards were and she said with a stank attitude "They're over there on the counter!" Mind you, this is my first visit to the library so how was I supposed to know that. I didn't even bother to ask her where the printers were because I didn't want to deal with her attitude. So after I pulled up my info on the computer I seen another worker there who was an African man. He politely showed me where the printers were however the card machine didn't work on the printer so I ended up going elsewhere. Whoever that woman is at the front desk needs to be taught not to let her life circumstances effect her customer service skills, cause she's obviously not happy about where she is in life. Two stars for the polite man.
It's a good place to study but there is a bug problem. I was studying last week and a wasp landed right next to me. There's alot of dead bugs on the ground too. Honestly it's sad because there isn't many places to study near me.
I love the cleanliness , temperature , and feng sui of this library. Once I had an emergency and the librarian allowed me to print past the cut off time! They provide a convenient way to release print jobs. It's 10 cent a paper for B&W but doesn't accept pennies or card lol. It's spacious and has some interesting collections just based off me glancing. It puts me in the mind of my college and one can definitely be productive here. I plan to return and utilize this conducive space!
Best library for homeschooling families. We go everyday of the week. The children selection is vast and organized and very clean as a library should be. The adult selection of books is well laid out and the selection is vast as well. The staff are excellent everyone knows us by name. We’ve been coming since the build. And we absolutely love it. The trail is a bonus for us, as we like to ride our bikes or hike the trails everyday. Nice little cafeteria and a nice medium size outdoor area to read or eat. We simply adore this library and the ALL the staff .
Wolf Creek Library serves our community with services we need- research, voting, meeting in an environment that is safe and convenient and beautiful for South Fulton. I am truly appreciate of the facilities and personnel. We need more facilities like this in our area.
