Over 38 years in the sport of gymnastics has taught us that gymnastics teaches so much more than flips and twists. Coordination, strength, balance and body awareness are keys to all sports.
We offer gymnastics, ninja training, tumbling, cheer & tumble combo classes, parent & tot classes, birthday parties, schools out camps, & open play for ages 1-12.
At FUNdamentals, we not only want to teach children specific skill sets, we also what the to learn their body and problem solve on their own. While they can learn a lot in one class a week, they miss out slightly on the coordination that is developed from their own trial and error and movement creation. All of the "skills" that make up the sports of gymnastics and Ninja began as "hey Mom & Dad! Watch this!" New skills are being crated every day!
