Brilliant gym, an abundance of quality equipment. I go early mornings 3am when the place is empty so I can't comment on the vibe at regular times, but I love this place

I love this gym very friendly great equipment the music is at perfect volume for me. They have some good personal trainers at good prices. One member of staff has stood out, funny, friendly, very helpful, professional and always smiling I think his name is ethan. Made me feel very welcome when iv felt anxious.

Reasonable amount of equipment the only positive. Not much parking, really busy at peak times so struggle to get on equipment. The worst thing is they play the music louder than a night club dance floor, an average of 85 decibels I measured. Ridiculously loud. You can forget talking to a training partner, listening to your own music through earphones. I wrote twice and complained about it, the owner rang me and said that's how 'they' like it. I don't know the 'they' he was referring to as everyone I asked agreed it was too loud. Left and went to fitness 24/7 down the road, cheaper, quieter in terms of people, quieter in music, more equipment. If training in an environment like an ibiza nightclub then you may like it at the foundry.

Joined just over a week ago and been 4 times. Staff are helpful and friendly, great array of equipment.

I’ve always hated going to the gym as they were full of egos BUT I was pleasantly surprised by the foundry gym. I was welcomed by really friendly people and felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in! There is so much equipment to use even for starters like me, it’s always clean and everyone is there to improve themselves which I love. I’ve recommended to so many friends and will to continue to go myself!

Great gym, with top equipment and choice of, and very fairly priced for what you get! It does get busy during certain times but what gym doesn't…it still works and can just plan when you go if its an issue as its 24hrs. Music choice is great and the staff are all friendly too. Good atmosphere and vibe, even for people like me who have been out of it for a while!!. Glad i found this little gem hidden away as always liked foundry gyms style but never been any near me!

Great gym .. all the equipment you could need. Good vibe , no egos. Need to mix up the music , gets a bit samey. Very clean environment. **The men’s shower needs to be fixed ASAP, one shower is not enough when on a tight schedule**

Great gym. Just customers should be encouraged more to put weights back after use. Maybe told before signing up. Also wouldn't harm to knock the music volume down just a tad. Hard to talk
