All I can say about this place is buyer beware. We all have choices and if you choose to do business with this place like I have, YOU WILL BE BURNED.. Like I did. I ordered furniture from this place, they literally took over 5 months to deliver, they delivered my furniture damaged, their delivery drivers stole from me while delivering my furniture I have cameras in my condo, the furniture was damaged pictures will be posted for proof, this place has caller ID so if you call them and they know your number, they will not pick up your call. The manager Will, comes off as a great dude with such great customer service but in reality he's a snake looking to steal from his customers. He's a coward that doesn't return phone calls because he knows he screwed up. All I can say is this place will be out of business soon enough. How many people can you screw over before it back fires? You want furniture? Ashley furniture AND Value city furniture is literally minutes away from this place. Do yourselves a favor and learn from MY mistake.

I see a lot of negative reviews and didn't see these until after my fiance and I bought a sleeper sofa and dining table set. Needless to say, I started to have concerns when, the following Saturday when furniture was to be delivered, no one showed and I could not reach anyone in store as no one picked up and it went to voice mail that was full....as stated in prior reviews. I went there on Sunday. One item came in the prior day, but they were waiting for other item that wouldn't be in until following Tuesday. I opted for a delivery on Wednesday after 5pm. Wednesday came. I called at 5:30 to confirm delivery and DID SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON who confirmed items on truck for delivery. Unfortunately, no one came or called as I was promised they'd call within 20 min of delivery. Fiance was upset and ready to cancel order and go elsewhere. The next day, driver called my mobile which was given to store day of purchase and when I stopped in again following Sunday. The driver said they called Wednesday but no one answered and they were given my number on Thursday. Checked invoice. They had fiance's home number...but a couple digits were inverted. The drivers were curtious. They hauled in and assembled furniture and cleaned up after themselves. My fiance is happy with the furniture and the service. Many of the complaints in reviews I did not see. However, I do feel this store should be more diligent in communicating with their customers. They are friendly and courteous and will work with you so you get what you need. They have a lot of potential if they up their game in regards to improving communication. Anyway, this is my honest opinion. Hope it helps.

So I ordered my furniture at the end of February from the Niles store. Was told the furniture would be delivered around the second week in April. Still have not received the items and it's the last week in June. Every time I call, the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. I never receive any updates from them. Second to last time I called, which was the beginning of the month, I was told that the reason why furniture wasn't here is because they were waiting on the fabric for a chair. Why wasn't that told to me three months ago? Last week when I called I was told the furniture was released and would be here. Last week came and went with no word. Just called today, 6.25.17, and of course no answer and I can't leave a message. If and when this furniture arrives, it better be well worth the wait, otherwise it's going right back. So disappointed.

26 December 2016,I made a order for a bedroom.The salesman was called Ricky.I paid 1800 cash for the bedroom.Delivery was supposed to come January 4 2017.Till the end of the month I waited for my bed and I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back.They rejected it and said they cant.My English is bad so I couldn't sue them and lawyers said that it will be too much.For all my years in the USA,I first met liars and bad manageress.In result In March they delivered my bedroom.It was cheap and not what I orderedBefore delivery they said they will deliver what I wantedI'm not recommending this store with liars and bad manageress. P.S 200 dollars on my credit card they returned for all the waiting 3 monthsEven though I would pay them 200 dollars and returned my 1600 dollars.And also to never do business with them ever again.Be careful S.O.S!!

Was so excited about new furniture for our new apartment t I jumped head first into this store. Sales lady was great, the guy, ehhh I dont think he could have cared less what we bought if anything. We have now been waiting 3 1/2 weeks for most of our furniture order. When they delivered my Queen size mattress they delivered 2 twin size box frames and told me "we call it a split, this is how we do it here" well guess what, a queen is way to small for 2 twin size box springs! I literally had to threaten to call BBB and tell them I would cancel the order all together just to get what I paid for. But I'm still waiting like I said..... never ever EVER would I send anyone here. On a positive note.....ALL of the delivery guys I dealt with so far are absolutely AMAZING! Friendly, curteous, worried about your walls and furniture.....loved them!

Furnish 123 has the best prices around!!! There are so many options when it comes to financing and purchasing. They carry a lot of furniture from different vendors but they mainly sell Ashley. Very friendly and easy environment to shop in! I would recommend this to everyone I know.

Great experience! I stopped in to buy furniture and was amazed at the price I was getting, Mind you I went to shop at Ashley and for the same exact stuff I was saving more than 30%!! Thank you Andre for your help! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Those guys are liers !!! Dont even thing about buying staff from them !!! They give you little bit better price but it is not worth it the headache dealing with them !!! They told me pay half of it and i will have to pay the other half at delivery cash !!! All of a sudden they cant deliver the furniture because they are booked up !!! Long story short !!! Dont bother !!!

We have order a bedroom set , which was delivered on time as we were promised. Very happy with our purchase and very satisfied with service. Nice people to work with!

The quality of the furniture is horrible, only one single bed had three damages. Look like factory works for the quantity, not for the quality. I am very regret that we bought furniture at this place.
