I've been to several H Mart locations, and this one seems to have more services and food vendors than the others. Seems to be well kept and maintained. Lots of great food and beverage options. I recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
One of the big Korean markets, they have everything we need. I love going here because it always give me fresh vegetables and food. They also have hair salon, beauty stuffs, and food court. So we can come here and enjoy all the Korean culture
H-Mart in Nile’s has everything Korean kitchen you need and more! Prices are comparable to other Asian markets. Great service and they have many employees that can help you find what you need! I like that they have little stores inside that sell cosmetics, home goods, sweets and clothing. Inside this larger H-Mart they have of course a lot more products and brands than the other littler stores in Illinois. Their home goods section includes dishes, cleaning products, a huge selection of name brand rice cookers, kimchee keepers and pots. All food products are always rotated and shelves are always stocked full! I love these pumpkin noodles see pic and I can only find them at this location. The hot pepper paste w/vinegar condiment is delicious in soups, hot or cold noodles and used as a marinade. I like this better than straight gochujang as it’s fast and easy with no mess!
Wonderful selection of foods! Just make sure you are buying properly stored food is all so you don't end up sick. The sushi looked delicious, but sitting on an unrefrigerated self for hours made me hesitant to try it. Very happy with the products I did buy though!
Food court is wonderful! Lots of options, reasonably priced, and good portions. Variety of grocery options. Lots of imports from Korea and other Asian countries. They also have vendors in the building - amazing chicken and corn dog. It’s huge!!
This is my most favorite Asian market. It has everything you need to cook Vietnamese cuisine. In addition, it is a Korean market, so you will find a whole lot more ingredients and snacks and so much more. Price here is sometimes better than other asian market in Chicago.
Excellent market that seems to have anything and everything under the sun. I particularly enjoyed the food courts!
not permitted to say anything bad or my parents my have disowned me lolz. they practically lived here. it's pretty big and they have lots of varied shops in the entrance area. love the variety and their kitchenware area is pretty fun. like being in Seoul someplace with all of the crazy gadgets and cooking ware. not sure about the $400 rice makers that talk to you.
Personally, I love this place! It's only a bike ride away, they have great customer service and their quality is one of a kind! I love going there. My favorite item to get is the spicy tuna sushi at the sushi market and did I mention the amount of diversity there is! I love this place 5/5
Great place with a huge selection of Korean goods. Should try the food court food it's also great. The asian cosmetic shops there are worth a visit too if you're getting into k-beauty. Would recommend checking out their promotional fliers as you can get some good deals.
