Our experience with this store was excellent! From the moment we walked through the doors, until the time the delivery and setup was complete, everyone was so friendly, and very pleasant. All of our questions were answered, and the turnaround for delivery was fast! The delivery guys were just as friendly as the showroom employees. Everything was setup and placed where we wanted it. Two of the items had minor damage to them, and before we could take pictures, the delivery people had already taken pictures and submitted them. Once we called to report the issues, a date was made to deliver the replacement items for two days later. I highly recommend this store! Great quality, great selections, great prices, and excellent customer service!

I ordered this six drawer dresser from Furniture Distributors in Greenville, NC on Wednesday 7/22 and it was professionally delivered on Friday 7/24! I was very pleased with the quick turnaround. I received excellent in-store advice from Walt; he measured the piece for me to make sure it would fit my space. We negotiated a price and I as able to complete my purchase over the phone. On delivery day Ryan and Jacob delivered the piece and they were very professional, taking extra care not to scratch my walls, etc. They were in and out within 10 minutes. I highly recommend you check them out if you need affordable transition pieces for your home. My husband loves the dresser; it fits well in our space. Now all I need to do is style the top of dresser :

To whom it may concern. I purchased a kitchen table from Furniture Distributors in Greenville, NC in June. This was my second experience with this company. When they delivered my table they removed my old table. My daughter told the delivery guys that it would be better to take the table out the front door instead of kitchen door because we had moved in the original table and had to come in the front door. My daughter said the delivery guys said "It would be okay" and when they moved it they scratched my wood kitchen floor. I called the Greenville branch and spoke to the manager and he said he would refer it to customer service. I got a text on June 16th asking for photos of damaged floor which I sent the same day. June 17th I got a text back that they had received photos and they were going to send it over to management team. I got a follow up text on June 17th saying they were going to turn it over to the VP who handles all in home damages. It would be within the next week and I would hear something back. As of July 6th I still have not heard anything back from the VP regarding the damaged flooring. I guess at this point I would really appreciate a straight answer from someone whether they have any concern about damaging someones floor when delivering furniture. I did everything they asked me to do, sending pictures, and have been patient not calling or sending texts about the situation. I guess Furniture Distributors is more concerned about making a sale than delivering good customer service. The fact of the matter is the delivery folks were told not to try to exit the house the way they did but they ignored that and damaged my floor and didn't have the common curtsey to say anything to my daughter who saw them do it.

Walt helped us find a couch and love seat that we loved. This was the 4th furniture store and last one we stopped to see today. Due to the virus pandemic many stores had nothing we wanted available or it took up to 8 weeks or more to get a set. We needed something within the next week or 2 and Walt helped us find something. He worked to make sure we were satisfied and I'm very pleased with our purchase. They have a great selection to choose from with a lot of variety as well. I would definitely recommend shopping here for your furniture!

We are moving to the Greenville area and bought several pieces of furniture. Walt was so helpful at helping us determine our needs and find the best fit for our new home. The delivery team was efficient, careful and helpful. Even when our new couch wouldn’t fit through an internal door, the entire team helped us find one that would. Walt had a list of all of the possibilities when I walked through the door! I highly recommend Furniture Distributors of Greenville.

Darryl was very friendly and helpful in helping me with a sleeper sofa! They have the best price for what you get in town! I will definitely be shopping with them again!

The experience with Furniture Distributors was outstanding. While unable to complete the original purchase that was placed online due to the items being out of stock, Darryl went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that high quality replacement furniture items at great prices were offered on top of giving excellent customer service through sending emails and pictures to get visuals of the replacement and add-on item very nice area rug at a great deal before making decisions. I definitely recommend this store for their great customer service and great quality merchandise!

If I could give zero stars I would. ordered sofa and love seat in January and was told it would be here no later than end of February. I was personally assured that I wouldn't be waiting any longer than that for the sofa and love seat. I have called every month since and they keep moving date a month back every month. When I spoke with the manager about it and told him that this is poor customer service and that theyblied to me all he said was "sorry you feel that way." I am very close to canceling my order and will never use them again.
