My husband and I had a great experience shopping for a couch for a rental condo this week. We were in from out of state looking for something high quality and durable that could be delivered while we were in town. Rick and his team were helpful, friendly, and extremely accommodating. We had a tight timeline and they not only helped us meet our deadline with fast delivery but also let us make a last minute configuration modification. The service we received was outstanding. It felt like we were working with friends who cared about our well-being the entire time. Highly recommend.

After noticing the Facebook advertisement and wanting to support local business, I made a trip to Furniture in the Pines. So happy I did. Not only was everyone helpful and listened to what I was looking for, they found me the couch I wanted, gave me a reasonable price and delivered the couch the same day!! Delivery guys were professionals and friendly. Positive experience!Highly recommend! Thank you for all your help!!

I genuinely could not put into words the gratitude and admiration I have for this family/company. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment they delivered, I had the most incredible experience. I have told everyone I know to shop there and I’m already working on new pieces with them. I can confidently say that I felt like family from the first words and I am not the easiest customer to deal with. I’ve found my furniture shop for life- both Furniture in the Pines and his wife’s shop, DAHR.

So nice to have a great shopping experience and helpful owners. Rick and his wife special ordered a sofa and loveseat for us and the whole process exceeded expectations. In the store itself - the products are laid out with an eye for design, helping you to imagine it in your home. Everyone I have dealt with is polite and low-key. When we wanted something in a model he did not carry in stock, it was easy to place the order and everything arrived within the expected time frame - something hard to do in the current Covid circumstances. We picked everything up and now the living area is nice looking and comfortable. Luke Leather is the company that Furniture in The Pines special ordered from, and we are very happy with the purchase and with Furniture in The Pines - big thanks! Highly recommended.

Shopping at Furniture in the Pines was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had. Evan was so incredibly helpful, happy go lucky and didn’t try to do any hard sell with us. We then were helped by Kim at DAHR and between the two of them with their patience and guidance we found a perfect dinner table and chairs. Evan then went out of his way to give us a good price and delivery same day!!!!! All during post pandemic supply chain issues and the busy holiday season. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Evan and Furniture in the Pines!!! We will be back!

The Best Furniture Store in the area, they have such a wide selection of gorgeous quality furniture, Rick was so helpful, friendly, and experienced, his wife’s store Dahr, is just another gorgeous store everyone needs to check out. Rick and Sanna have created such an amazing family owned business. Don’t need to check out anywhere else for furniture and decor!

Since our first time in store about 2 years ago we have had such a fantastic experience each subsequent visit with FITP in Aberdeen, NC. From first purchasing a beautiful canopy bed for our daughter, to finding the perfect lounge furniture to display in our commercial space, FITP has always been a place where the price is right for stylish quality. I’ve bought several pieces of furniture for my new home at Furniture in the Pines and will  continue to come back. The service is great and Rick can get you anything you need. When everyone else had little  inventory, Rick maintained a healthy stock in their warehouse . His wife Sanna was very helpful with the design element.as well.

Best furniture store around! Customer service is 5 stars! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They can get almost anything you want and truly go above and beyond to make you happy with your purchase.  So far I've purchased a couch and just the other day I received my dining room table with chairs. The wait was a little long 2 months but no fault of theirs. My table came from Italy and it's BEAUTIFUL!  I highly recommend them to everyone. I have future purchases in the process already.

Furniture is top quality, and if they do not have it on hand they will personally help to find it. Customer service is hands down the best in the area. We went to multiple stores looking to buy several pieces of furniture and my wife and I found everything we needed here.
