FIVE STARS and I would give more if I could. Melissa was amazing in helping me place an order when my last couch fell through from a different store in Denver that messed up and she was so patient and kind when helping me sort through the options/inventory. Diana was also a rockstar and completely revised the delivery schedule so that I could have a couch in my new apartment and not have to sit on the floor. Without both of them, I would still be sitting on a blow-up mattress in my living room. Will recommend this place to anyone for the amazing customer service!
This is one of the BEST furniture stores we've been to. I've purchased from them numerously over the years now & every time, they have excellent service & quality items to choose from. This time we got a recliner, a area rug, a layout couch, end table, and table & benches & love everything. Very pleased with their services. They wrapped the furniture & loaded it, and gave us great deals along with great service in the finances checking out department. Previously we've purchased a bed, that has lasted now over 3/4 years & still in superb condition. Along with awesome sheets, that I ended up ordering more from them, because I like them so much & they last a long time & feel great! Thanks FurnitureMart! We RECOMMEND y'all highly!
The time taken by the sales staff to make sure we got exactly what we wanted was so very appreciated. Her knowledge of the mattresses we were looking at and her patience with our questions and indecision was beyond measure. Furniture Mart has always been great at meeting our needs and helping us stay within our budget!
Katie was so great. I am moving to Sterling in July and needed to find furniture to furnish my small house. I called and Katie took her time to help me find furniture that was just right that could be delivered the day I arrive. One of the better furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had!

The lady that I worked w the few times I have been there is amazing. She is super patient and super helpful and really takes time with you to make sure you are getting what you want. I love the furniture selection and was able to pretty much furnish my whole house. If I need something in the future I will be back
I waited to leave a review until the entire process of purchasing and delivery of a breakfast nook table was complete. I highly recommend this business!!! Katie and Debbie were very personable and helpful. We are new to Sterling and felt like we’d known them forever. Katie made the process easy and worked with our schedule for delivery. The two delivery people were on time and did a wonderful job. Additionally, I find the prices reasonable. We have now ordered a king bedroom set and will, without a doubt, be regular customers. Thank You!!!
Katie was great. She took the time to answer all our questions as we were deciding between 2 bedroom sets. Once we made our decision she helped us through checkout. Was also happy they delivered you north Denver area from Fort Morgan.
I went to Furniture Mart in need of help getting a lot of furniture as quick as possible due to having a bad experience at another furniture store. Katie helped me find furniture that I am so happy with and she was absolutely wonderful with my 2 small children!
