Edmond was outstanding with helping looking over my order piece by piece all the way to loading my Queen size bed frame into my SUV. I also picked up a book shelf, because of Edmonds salesmanship. All your items are reasonably priced compared to other nearby stores that can be double the price. Joel was also very helpful with all my questions on the different bed frames and was instrumental on making me decide to buy furniture with you all. Very friendly salesman. Thank you all.
Seth was top notch! Knew his products. I liked the way he didn’t stand right with you the entire time. He was there when you needed but gave you space to discuss. Listened to what we wanted and gave us our best options. Would definitely recommend Furniture Row. I have used them since the last 20 yrs.
Joel was great. No pressure sales. Showed us all the benefits of the bedroom set. Went over the features and even gave us cleaning tips. He moved stuff around and showed us how to get to the wiring for the lights on the headboard in case we wanted to change them later.
Dylan Spencer was absolutely outstanding! He was so humbled and welcoming along with very informed about the furniture we were looking at. Definitely recommend anyone to go find Dylan and help you on your shopping purchase. We came in the store wasn't ready to buy and slept on it Dylan gave us info to contact him directly and we called the next day to make the purchase. Transaction was so smooth with no pressure. Highly recommend to find Dylan!
Jonah was very helpful with us. He was very prompt in getting everything together for us . Very good costumer service!! We have purchased furniture before at this location prices are excellent and costumer service is too! Definitely will be back.
Purchased a 10 ft artificial tree there and at a very decent price. They helped load up Great selection of furniture. They were more than welcoming when I had to bring my pup along due to the temperature outside
Tristin on the Denver Mattress side is very helpful. Didn't hover. I received input on the mattress options and clear info on the different makes. Jonah on the living room side is awesome. Very patient salesman. He looked up product availability while I shopped for a mattress. All around great experience and awesome products.
They seem to have a pretty good range of prices on the furniture here. The sales people are not pushy.
Good selection and fair prices but had to cancel order as it took more than expected for our furniture to be delivered. We were able to cancel with no issue, customer service was excellent.
You'll immediately meet the store manager as you walk in. He takes great care to say hi to his store customers.. I liked that. He listens to everything you say about your needs..so create a visual for him. I gave him 15 words describing a chair I was looking for.. he to me right to it. It was great. I'm buying that chair from him.after Thanksgiving.
