We looked at bedroom sets and they had a good selection of value priced items and higher end items. Other places we looked at were similar in price and quality. We really lucked out because the set we picked was discontinued and we were able to get a great deal. Our sales rep was great. He introduced himself, explained the sales and kindly let us explore at our leisure, only checking up once or twice. When we were finished, he was more than happy to answer questions and show us Hidden features of our items.
Nathan was very professional and courteous. Answered our questions promptly and gave us ample space to look around at different options. Purchasing was quick and easy. Highly recommend working with Nathan!
Went in wanting to look at some children bedroom furniture. Looking was was no problem it not one employee approached us to assist us. Another furniture store down the street earned our money that day
We had a wonderful experience with Julia! She was very personable and kind and funny! She was a great help! We bought a beautiful cream leather 3 piece set of furniture!
Great service. I found a set of furniture I really liked but was also at another retailer for much cheaper. The employees worked with a manager to match the competitors price and I was glad as I like to support local business more. They also had this set in their Denver warehouse which should be delivered in 1-2 weeks opposed to 6-8 weeks from the other retailer.
Nate at the Grape Road store was super helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect sofa for our needs, and at a very reasonable price. We’ll definitely return for our future furniture shopping.
Once the other half of my furniture was delivered one piece was broken. I was told although I paid full price my salesman put I would accept a broken floor model for the price of a brand new one. REALLY! So that was already 8weeks after making my first payment and no product. I go in today and they still have not corrected a mistake from a week ago and just keep telling me sorry as if thats going to pay my credit card bill for a product I don't have. I feel unvalued and disrespected AGAIN! FURNITURE ROW Mishawaka store don't value BLACK DOLLARS!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP BLACK IF YOU CAN! Never again will they get my business. Now I have a credit line I can't use. They lack integrity and respect for a persons hard earned dollar!!!!!!!
Excellent service! Salesperson Ameer A. Was very knowable and very Friendly, a pleasure to work with. Had a nice selection of pieces to choose from. I would recommend checking BIG Sandy out !
I came into Furniture Row on a Friday night looking for a very specific item. I had had little to no success at all of the other places I had visited. In fact, the other stores just let me walk out without offering to help in any way. Nate at Furniture Row went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, and we were successful. The chair I bought is perfect and meets all of my needs. Thank you, Nate and Furniture Row!
Went here to buy a mattress. Everyone was very happy. Gus in the mattress section was very patient and answered all the normal and silly questions about mattresses I was interested in. Really this should be 5 stars but the mattress hasn't arrived yet it will 2 weeks after purchase it's only been 3 days since the purchase. I'll update when mattress arrives.
