Love this store and plus size options. Old Navy is spot on for fashion, stocked inventory, choices and affordable prices! The 40% off sale was extremely great. The store was clean, organized and fitting room was too. They didn't have things piled up in rooms or on the return rack which is nice. Emma was wonderful, very helpful and sweet! She went out of her way to find me sizes and offered some great recommendations on styles. Kathleen the store manager was terrific too. I cannot remember the young man's name that helped too, he was great too! All in all really good experience.
Absolutely love this store! Always low prices and clearance items on a daily! All of my 5 kids ages 2-12, total at $600. With about 7 outfits a piece, and some extras for myself!! To me a great deal!!!! Shootout Old Navy for back to school shopping

Today while shopping I was assisted by an employee named Kassidy. She was one of the most helpful employees I’ve encountered at old navy ever. She went beyond my expectations! When I asked if they had an item a certain size in the store her pricing device wasn’t working so she ran and got a different one. She wasn’t annoyed with my questions and was super sweet. I greatly enjoyed my experience today and everyone was lovely.
Store is unclean, always. And disorganized. Worked here and workplace is unprofessional, very rude staff. Always drama, workers always gossip when you won’t get a card, etc. The typical stuff. Two faced, inconsiderate of health issues, petty, plays favoritism, the whole nine. Beyond that, since Old Navy is cutting “plus sized” clothes, meaning not at all plus sizes and only barbie doll clothes will stay on shelves, they no longer hold any form of support as it is.
One cashier like always, lined backed up through store, management adds ONE cashier, turning away two other employees coming up to help. Great way to show you don't respect our time unless there is the potential for a sale. Do better. This is why people are switching to buying online. Not‍
Prices have gone up, and I couldn't get pants in a short length. Lots of pants were ankle cut, I like the boot cut.
Pretty clean store with super nice store associates. The clothing selection is very wide. Lots to pick from, anyone could find something they wanted. Make sure everything you are getting is on sale of course. I noticed they like to include things that are not on sale right next to the sales. One of the people in training was so nice I was actually shocked! She took my clothes that I didn’t want after I tried them on and said have a good day. Great worker. I hope she gets a raise!
Did an online purchase and received the wrong size. Reordered the correct size again online so I could get a quick pickup for night is there was a problem with returns due to covid. Drove 30 minutes and got to the store at 8:53 pm when they close at 9pm. Was told that they were closed for the night and they would not do a return, Would not fix it, And I need to come back tomorrow morning. They acknowledged that they did not close until 9 but they closed early and no exceptions. Very poor customer service.
