Great attention and service from Jeannine and SarahLove our new beautiful, soft, comfy sectional. It's covered just temporarily with whatever will protect it from our five fur babies 3 kitties and 2 dogs. It took a while to receive but it was totally worth it. Will be shopping there in the future also. Looking forward to it.

Dave was such a kind and considerate sales associate!  He showed us various pieces of living room furniture and then gave us time to walk around and discuss what we liked without feeling pressured.  He was a big help!  He was also very easy to talk to and made the shopping experience comfortable! Thank you!

I purchased a new loveseat today- an England Bowie, with custom upholstery, plus coordinating pillows. I was assisted by Dave Fallows, who impressed me with his combination of friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. The entire process was very pleasant and I believe I made the correct purchase for my needs. Brooklyn took care of the checkout process efficiently and with a smile. My husband and I bought all new furniture for our bedroom and living room.  What a great experience we had working with Scott who was very helpful making sure we got what we wanted.  Delivery was very smooth, the guys, were very careful and made sure we were happy prior to leaving our house.  We will be back to purchase more items.

Went to FS yesterday to purchase another chair for our LR which is on the small size.  Wanted 2 chairs so we could sit in front of our Pellet stove. Bought one of these chairs almost 2 years ago.  We were looking for something similar for the space. Dave, Sarah and staff at the counter looked up our previous order. They had the same chair in stock and we brought it home with us yesterday.  What a surprise!!  Dave, Sarah, and Scott were so helpful and courteous and what’s Fun experience we had! Chairs look great and fit perfect in the space.  We will be shopping there again.

UPDATE:  My dear wife went to be with God a week ago, and never did get a recliner she could use in her final days, thanks to Furniture Superstore's all-important "policy". We never recovered from that $800 loss.  Nice job, Doug.  Maybe you could take that $800 and buy yourself a conscience.     My 76-year-old disabled wife needed a new rocker recliner, so I went off to find one for her, since mobility issues make it a real challenge for her to leave the house.  I intended to visit Furniture Superstore, Bob's, Macy's and Lazyboy.  I was thrilled to find the most comfortable recliner I'd ever sat in almost immediately at Furniture Superstore.     I was anxious to get it home to my wife and the very nice salesman helped me load it in my vehicle.  Imagine our great disappointment when my wife tried to sit in the chair and found it was much too big for her, and the reclining mechanism inoperable because her short stature caused her center of gravity to be too close to the front of the chair.  This rendered the recliner useless to us.  I did read the return policy, but called my salesman anyway, in the hope that this so-called "local family-owned" establishment was run by reasonable, compassionate folks.  I called in the hope that I could return this unusable recliner, which I had just bought two hours earlier, and exchange it for something a little bit smaller.  The salesman was very sympathetic and promised to get back to me after he made a call to someone in a position to make this happen.  He did get back to me as promised, but explained they couldn't help me because of "store policy". Where I come from, store policy was "The customer is always right!". Not so at Furniture Superstore, despite what those two clowns they use in their commercials would have you believe.  I have a strict "no hitchhikers" policy, but if I see a little disabled lady with her thumb out you can bet I'll make an exception.  So now my wife and I are stuck with an $800 decoration that looks like a recliner.  But at least their "policy" is intact. .  The Furniture Superstore!  The Furniture Superstore!  The Furniture Superstore!  DISmiss it!            UPDATE:  After doing a little research, I have discovered an error in my review.  According to an article in the Portsmouth Herald published October 28, 2007, the gentlemen in the commercials are not clowns, but the actual owners.  I stand corrected. In that same article, one of these owners, Doug, is quoted as saying, "We wouldn't be what we are without our commitment to our customers and the willingness of our family to do whatever it takes."   Really??  Based on my experience, DOUG stands corrected.:-

Dave Fallows was incredibly helpful from the beginning, extremely knowledgeable, and patient with us as we discovered the piece we ultimately selected.  Brooklynn at checkout also helped us with the final details and gave our daughter a sticker for being so calm and polite throughout.

I found a super cozy recliner here, in addition to a nice mattress set and dining room table. My salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. The delivery guys also did a great job setting everything up. I also found a really cool lamp there.

Paul at the Furniture Superstore is so kind and patient.  My autistic son even spoke to him. We continue to return to the Furniture Superstore due to Paul's friendly and knowledgeable assistance.

I should have checked their better business bureau rating, you should check for yourself, it’s an F- My husband bought our sofa here! It STUNK and had an awful odor ! It looked used and worn and THEY WOULD NOT LET US RETURN and we’re stuck with it!
