I feel like it’s not unreasonable to expect a delivery window under 14 hours. I ordered a lawnmower to be delivered, Home Depot helpfully scheduled it between 6am and 8 pm. When i called, the customer service employee was very helpful in suggesting it was my fault for not spending several hundred dollars for a narrower window.
Terrible install. Delivery guys tried to tell me they did not have the parts they needed to hook up the machine; I showed them they did. Got machine hooked up and left - machine works but is crooked, out of level and not all the way under the counter where it belongs. Called a scheduled a repair - no one showed up on the appointed day. I wasted an entire day. On hold now trying to schedule another repair - they are saying two weeks out? Supervisor is trying to reach the delivery company now.
They did a measure, installed a new storm door we purchased from them and they took away our old one. Their contractor is very friendly, skilled and fast. Scheduling was a breeze.
My home away from home people say. That might be true because as a handyman I do a wide variety of jobs and need a really wide selection and some tips from the Pro Desk now and then. They seem to always have what I need and are constantly updating their merchandise selection.
I had wonderful customer service upon entry to the store today. Met helped cut my keys and provided knowledgeable direction to the aisle I needed.
VA is cut back alot ,but make it SOUNDS like your doing a huge great thing ,publicsize.
Not really home depots fault but your Milwaukee bits that clearly say are for stainless steel, 156 dollars in drill buys later would say otherwise...
They did not have any homes for sale, only parts requiring more assembly than I have time for. Very inefficient and misleading name.
You can find everything you need for your home. I bought the paint for the outside, good quality
I ordered an item for pickup and when I arrived they said it had already been picked up - but there was no name listed for the associate involved in the transaction. The customer service representative said it was probably an issue with their system and that they had been encountering lot of issues lately. This happened several weeks ago and I still haven’t received a refund for the item I never received. I’ve never had this problem at any other Home Depot store. Furthermore the representative said the item was no longer available at the price I paid and that they were unable to honor it. Now I’m out the item and my money.
