I am a new comer, Love this Gym I Went to Planet fitness for six months they promote judgement free zone which is full life. but future fitness is amazing worth the price Tony and Blake are awesome guy's , I feel like i'm at a serious Gym not a two bit fitness club.

Incredible gym! Great staff, good equipment, different options for workout environment.... a real man's gym that motivates you to get pumped and get big!

I've been to every gym in town, as well as several nice gyms around the state. Future Fitness is hands down the best gym I've ever been to. Strong, positive atmosphere, with equipment and people of all stages and styles of lifting and exercise.

Nice friendly crowd, and a place where you can actually push yourself without the staff telling you that you are not allowed to be loud. There are a wide variety of equipment you can use, and also a cornhole game you can playoddly enough! They also have a section in the back up stairs for boxing/MMA They have a wide variety of trainers available from strength trainers, to boxing coaches, to MMA personal trainers. Just ask at the front desk for a list of their serviceses. They are open from 0500-2100, so the hours are great for people that have work as well. This place is definitely worth a try, and they will work with you to accomidate your schedule without breaking your wallet. This is the best gym environment you will find in lake city.

They have all the machines you need unless you have some very specific wants. I went in for a back workout last visit and it was a very enjoyable judgement free zone.

As far as I'm concerned the only real gym in Lake City. Extremely clean and I've been a member for the last 12 years. Very helpful staff.   If you truly want to get into shape with a very wide variety of equipment you're wasting your time going anywhere else.

Always clean; very friendly employees the owner is great and always speaks. Has loads of equipment every thing you need to work out. Best place all around.

Future Fitness is a great local gym. I felt totally comfortable going in as a small lifter trying to improve my lifts and see gains. They have all of the machines I need, and no one is judgmental. I've found that people are really good about putting the weights back on the rack when finished with their sets, and no one minds you working in on a machine if you need it. Can't recommend this gym enough.

Been going to this gym since I was 19, same owner and same trainers. They are consistent clean, and always looking for ways to improve and make it even better! And at a great price! Better than all these other gyms in my opinion

Traveling through and was happy to not have too suffer through a PF . Well equipped for the PowerBuilding that I'm running now. And the price was awesome. I wish weekend hours were longer but I can't complain, I got my training in.
