I know this is due to disrespectful shoppers, but the movie racks were a mess. Hard to really know what they had. What we did see was an interesting collection.
The employees were very helpful to help me find several seasons of movies. I was looking for thank you very much and the prices were perfect thank you so much
Never been in one of these stores without an employee being rude for no reason. My experience may not be the same as yours but I'm done with FYE now.
If you like movies, box sets, and their related memorabilia this is the place.
Me and my fiancé love FYE and shop at the Orem location super often. We came to the Provo one which is already a bit of a drive to see if they had more cool stuff , as we walked in at 7pm and started to shop we had stuff in our hands to purchase a lady with black hair started to close the store and said “we’re closed so leave” that was a tough pill to swallow considering the website says they would’ve been open for another two hours. If it’s acceptable for FYE employees to speak to their customers this way, then I assume it’s acceptable for me to bop her in her mouth. What a terrible experience. Don’t go here.
Well all I can say it's a good store for younger kids to shop
Awesome store, it has a wide variety of items!! My only problem was the cashier charged me $20 extra on a item and I unfortunately didn't notice til I came home from vacation! So be sure to make sure you're being charged the correct amount!
Super friendly staff, great clearance prices, has about anything that a pop culture collector wants
Great stuff, worth a look around if you're going to the Provo mall!!
This is a good little store. Lots of things are a little pricey and sometimes the quality of the product isn't the best even with a high price. But, I love shopping at FYE, it brings me back to when I was a kid and I love the feeling it brings. The older lady worker was so nice to me and made sure I knew all the sales going on. Kinda wish we could cancel our subscription to the backstage pass online...
