Always helpful to adjust my glasses. Saw Dr Campbell for the first time for an exam, seems very knowledgeable about all things eyes, helped me to find a really suitable pair of contacts. Didn't rush me. In the past at another optometrist, I've always been referred to their "contacts specialist", so it was kind of nice to have the Dr recommend a pair as well. The facilities are nice and welcoming. They also just ask if you would like a printout of your prescription without making you feel bad for even asking. Highly recommend.

The office staff are efficient and knowledgeable about the glasses. The doctors are thorough and were patient in explaining the things I needed to know about. I’m happy with my experiences at FYIDoctors.

They required an appointment and do extensive cleansing of surfaces and trial frames, I felt very safe and confident.  Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and carried a wide range of prices.  I am not a fashionable person and consider function and comfort as high priority and go for pretty pedestrian fashions.  They seemed to have all that at a reasonable price.  As well they offered a range of grind options to match the glasses to how I use them.  Since I am far sighted I rarely wear my glasses while outside and they offered a couple of options to cover cases such as sitting at a computer with a couple of screens, sitting at a desk and having to focus on desktop to across the room or in a lecture theatre etc ...  special orders were available but took time, normal simple prescriptions take about 2 weeks.  Located in the same complex as the Ikea store there was lots of parking and they let my wife come in with me in case I needed fashion advice

This is by far the best clinic in the city. Friendly staff, very efficient and so helpful. Kerri is so wonderful and goes the extra mile for every patient.

They were so friendly and helped me put my foldable RayBans back together with a bridge part I ordered online! I will be returning to FYidoctors as soon as I need any prescription! Thank you :

Brought in my glasses to get the lenses replaced by the warranty. Was told it'd take 45 minutes to an hour to get the new lenses cut. I returned after an hour and sat for an additional hour, no one bothered to tell me it'd take longer. I ended up asking "should I come back later" and was told yes. Came back to pick them up 3 hours later and turns out they had broken the frame and done a repair on the one side with a screw and damaged part of the frame.

Went into this location for an eye exam,  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Neil and Morgann were both very professional and explained all the details from my exam and my questions. Will definitely return!

Do NOT go to this place. For months they gave me the run around for contact lenses. They kept getting my order wrong. The doctor is super nice, but their manager Christopher, what an incompetent person. He asked me to return the wrong order 2nd wrong order a month after I had done so; he doesn't even know what's going under his nose!. He was so rude and condescending. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time unless you want to be mistreated.

I should have written this review years ago, because Dr Campbell is the best Optometrist I’ve ever had. He is compassionate and spends time explaining things. You don’t feel rushed like some of these clinic I’ve been to. His newer clinic is state of the art and the staff are friendly and the selection of frames are well Curated, Christopher I’m talking to you! I highly recommend FYI and Dr Neil Campbell To anyone who wears glasses! Bob

Time wasted in this place. I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance using the online tool. Provided all my contact information, email and phone. On the consultation day, the front desk attendant just said the doctor wasn't in, and they tried to contact me. I arranged with my work and school to bring my kid to see the doctor on that date, and they didn't move a finger to consult my contact info and call me. Definitely, I will recommend staying away from this place.
