Gaby’s bakery did an amazing job with the cake for my fiancés birthday. I couldn’t be happier and he loved it and says it’s absolutely delicious. And it is!!! Thank you so much!!!

My husband and daughter went and got a cake from here yesterday for my birthday. I dont ever get cake from anywhere else, but WholeFoods, but they don't know that as they are new to this town so they decided to get it from here. When I went to eat the cake, you can tell the frosting had been sitting on the cake for more than a few days. If you had cake sit out for a week or so, you will know what I mean. It becomes this sticky, rubbery feeling. When I proceed to eat the inside, it was dry and stale, again, as if the cake had been sitting out for a while. I wanted to return the cake, but my husband already threw it in the garbage. I'm not sure how much was this cake. Maybe $35-$45? It was red/ pinkish, maybe 8 Inch round cake with 3 or so layers? As you see in the photo, I took a piece of the frosting to taste it.I always do this to cake and cupcakes to taste the frosting This was before I took a bite out of it. It's pretty, but probably one of the worst cakes I ever ate. **update, i found photos of the cake and as you can tell we dug inside to see if the inside was soft, but it was stale as well.

We ordered a 3 tier birthday cake to be picked up at 1:00 PM and when we arrived at 12:50 PM we were told that they just took the cake out of the oven and that it still needed to be decorated. When we came back later to pick up the cake the decorations were sloppy and what we thought was going to be hand drawn decorations, was printed pictures. You could tell that they had to rush to get it done. Because the cake was still warm on the car ride it started to shift and was tilting by the time we made it back home.

Never had issues with their cakes until now. When I arrived at scheduled pickup, they stated they hadn’t started and to give them 20 minutes. The cake was supposed to be a wedding cake. Initially they added a “Happy Birthday” topper rather than the original one requested “Nuestra boda”-it was on the receipt The cake was not layered right. It was melting. The bling ribbon wasn’t equally rounded/matching; you can tell better by zooming on the pictures. It was extremely obvious. The cake did have strawberry filling with whipped cream but not cream cheese as requested and paid for. It was obviously rushed. It’s the weekend, I get it but it seems they accepted too many orders than what they could handle. I was very disappointed as it was a cake for my mother’s wedding.

I bought a red velvet cake for the wife this cake is phenomenal! I am very pleased!! Thank you so much! The store was very clean, a lot of selections and they accepted debit. Awesome life long customer here.

We asked for a birthday cake for an eighteen years old and we wanted it to look like a female wearing a bikini. They said they could do it. However, instead of wearing a bikini, the covered the girls body with icing. We paid sixty dollars for it three days ahead of time. Also, when we went to pick it up, they told us they didn't have anything like that. We left, bought another cake, went home, celebrated the birthday, and then the bakery called us back and asked if we were gonna pick up the cake because they were about to close.

Delicious cakes here! Family own they make just enough bread in the morning which is good and fresh but gone very quick, I recommend you get here early too!!

One of the workers had charged me a .75 fee when using a credit card, the receipt nor did the worker herself, informed me of that. She was busy talking to another worker and I told her specifically it was a credit card and ignored me. She added the .75 fee as my total due without having it under the fee label. The bread was hard too.
