First time back here after Covid. Same great food as always! Our server, Lainey, was a delight. She was attentive and sweet, even bringing us a treat after the meal when she heard we were celebrating a birthday. Thanks for a great experience!Food: 5/5

Drove from Canada to the US for my favorite Pizza and wings! Had not been since before Covid. Staff was super friendly and chatted a bit while we waited for our take out to be ready. Wings were plump and not too saucy how I love them A++, pizza was good as well, my only comment is they do not have a website I could find, so I found an old menu on the web which was obviously outdated as the prices were much higher, I enjoyed the food but not sure I would be willing to pay over $100 CDN for 20 wings and a tray of pizza again - this was after US>CDN conversion and tip.
Me and my family came here for dinner but ended up disappointed, not sure about some of the comments I've seen saying that it's good but from my experience the place didn't really smell fresh it kind of smelled like an elderly's basement and I ended up ordering a burger and fries same with my brother but the fries tasted like they were cooked in old Oli and the burger didn't taste good my dad and mom ordered wings that tasted like they were also cooked in old oil which made my mom sick... So all these comments saying that it's good seem to be outdated , I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!! your better off eating at the MacDonald's across from it. If I could I would give this place 0 star's
Pizza is absolutely terrible! Tastes like they use cheap catering style ingredients. Sauce is bland and toppings are scarce. Wings are disgustingly undercooked. Lastly they are way overpriced for the poor quality. Worst pizza and wings I’ve had in the Falls so far.
Checked website yesterday and it showed that they were open until 9pm. We drove over from niagara falls Canada. Looking forward to the wings and pizza, it's been almost 3 years because of covid that we didn't cross the border. We arrived at 6:15 pm. It was closed. We paid 6.50 to get back across the border. Went for dinner last night. Ordered 50 wings and an 8 slice pizza. As soon as the wings arrived, I questioned the quantity and brought it to our server's attention. She looked at them and right away agreed that it didn't look like an order of 50....more like 35-40. Both my husband and I counted and it was 38. She asked if we wanted the difference and I said no, just adjust the bill. I'm pretty sure you know the rest. Received the bill. We were charged for 50 so she adjusted to 2x20.....did not adjust the price. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until we got home. I do not blame kitchen staff because they get their direction from management. The restaurant was not busy. And the waitress knew right away....after I brought it to her attention....that we had not received 50 wings. I live in Canada and have been a long time customer of Gagsters but I have no issue going elsewhere. The Anchor Bar would never make this 'mistake '. I realize that things haven't been the same since Covid, but aren't we all in the same boat?? Get it together Gagsters and stop ripping your customers off to make up for your losses. This was not an oversight!!!!!!
How have I not eaten here 100 times before? It was our first food from Gagster's based on a rave review from a neighbor. Pasta and chicken parm. Easily the best in the Falls. Wonderful food, great service. We can't stop talking about the next time we will go! But with all these great reviews about pizza and wings, we are going to have some serious decisions in front of us!
I got their signature pizza sub and while it was good, the sauce was a bit too watery for my liking. However, it was very flavourful and a generous portion. The hot wings that I ordered were exemplary. Despite being very spicy, they also had a lot of flavour, which I have not encountered very often in hot foods.
