This is my go to movie theatre! I feel like it led the way in luxury seating coming to Las Vegas. Not only are the sites wide and comfortable, they also have a tray which many other theatres don't have. Another aspect that puts them above is the food! I think they have the best popcorn and I usually have to get a big pretzel. It's huge and so good, and the size of the cheese cup is nice. Decent prices and a really nice environment. Definitely give it a try!
Absolutely amazing! We went to the classic The Goonies, and it was outstanding! Very clean! Felt welcomed!
Most comfortable theater chairs that I've ever sat down in. This includes Broadway and strip casinos. There are ticket dispensing machines outside. Unfortunately they don't work. You have to buy your tickets at the refreshment stand which makes business sense of course. As you buy your tickets, you get a reserved seat that you pick out. Great idea!
Great theater, very comfortable reclining seats. Could be five star if concessions were open later than 11:30pm on Friday and Saturday evenings, especially. Such a disappointment to see a movie that runs till 1:00 a.m., yet you can't buy a drink or any food. Maybe consider keeping at least one register open and having a simplified menu at a minimum. Bathrooms could definitely use some TLC.
Update, Great theater very clean, theater #7 the seats are very nice and comfortable but the table trays are tilted and swings out and doesn't stay in place you need contact the installer to replace them all. The popcorn is all crumbs you need to discard more frequently. The other big trays were better before.
My partner and I went today for our anniversary. We saw the Mario Brothers movie. The theater is REALLY nice. And the tickets aren't too bad either! I was pleasantly surprised that the seats have their own trays with cup holders. Also love the recliners, of course. Definitely plan to come back again soon!
The employees are nice and helpful, the seats are the reclining ones with a tray for your snacks, and it had the nostalgic feel of an older theater. The tickets were expensive though, spent the same amount on tickets as I did snacks. Children are about $13 and adults $15, I was confused and thought maybe I was seeing the movie in 3D but I think its just because of their upgraded seats but amc doesn't even charge that much for tickets. If it was a date night I would maybe go again but definitely not when I m just going to see a movie on a Wednesday with my nephew.
They have a ticket kiosk in front which is great, it cuts down on waiting in line. Snacks are kind of expensive but it's not any more expensive than any other theater. The seats are really comfortable recliners and it's not too cold in there. This is my go to when I'm going to a theater.
Theaters are nice. Reserved seating. Smaller rooms. The issue is they have closed the ticket booth less customer service but more profits and expect you to wait in the mile long lobe for concessions. Wait you say? They have kiosks and an app you say? Sure. If you want to pay extra for the convenience of them not having a ticket booth app and if the kiosks are working currently only 1 of 3 function. Fix yourself and you'll move back up in the ratings
I've been to this location twice but unfortunely this past visit, there was a very obnoxious customer who was drinking inside the movie, and kept talking so loud. I told him to hush and he became very threatening and violent and kept motioning me to come outside and fight apparently. I reported this to the front staff, and the management really impressed me with how they took care of my concern. Even though I hated hearing from the staff that they could do nothing to the person unless they themselves caught him in the act, management still gave me a refund and two free ticket passes to return at anytime. It's unfortunate that one 'drunk' person can ruin such a nice time but i give 5 stars for how management took care of the concern. Just wish there was an easier way to report these situations such as being able to text the front staff instead of getting up and missing the show. Otherwise, it's very clean inside, well lit and comfortable reclining chairs. And once more, customer service is outstanding! -- To customers out there, be respectful towards others if you can't handle your alcohol and can't control your temper, stay home.
