Nice theater that has been kept up nicely by Megaplex after they bought it from Westates. We got our tickets online with a popcorn and drink package. Very easy to pick up and the service was top notch. The theater was clean with no noticeable broken chairs. The new luxury seats are great. Too bad the whole theater wasn't luxury seating. Worth attending this theater!
Love this movie theatre! Everyone is always so nice, concession stand is quick and fresh popcorn is always ready. The temp is always well controlled. *For those running late, no worries, there will be at least 15 minutes or more of advertisements before the movie starts. I always reserve my seats on their website; which is quick & easy to use. Have fun :
Not impressed !! Came in from out of town on Thanksgiving bought tickets for a movie in the morning for the evening show. Only to find out it was CANCELLED !! After we had bought all our concessions and seated ! The manager informed us some projector was broken. When we asked why the movie couldn’t be shown in another theater. He informed us they only had 10 theaters available. But when we were asked for a refund option or to see a different movie. Only 5 of them were showing … after stating they had 10 theaters available .. go figure ! We were told the projector had issues this morning but they did nothing to correct it on the website or inform the many staff we came in contact with. Don’t waist your time or money on this theater. And DO BETTER Megaplex !!
We went to see a movie on Thanksgiving with the whole family, which is tradition for us. We bought online tickets and showed up quite excited. There was no one to check tickets so we went to our assigned theatre…which was empty. The girl sweeping told us they had switched theatres and told us which one to go to. She was wrong. After another ten minutes of poking our heads in random theatres, as none of the electric signs had names, we gave up and asked the floor sweeper to find someone that could help us. After waiting another 5 minutes, the manager came and explained that our movie was canceled. Evidently, a projector had broken this morning the tickets were purchased at 1pm. They shuffled around theatres and ours got canceled. This cancellation wasn't posted anywhere and they had no one waiting to let us know what had happened. It was frustrating missing the movie but leaving us to wander around hunting for information was quite rude. Our money was refunded but we wanted to see a movie together and none of the others available fit into our schedule as we had people from several different households. We were not impressed.
Super overpriced for the movie and the popcorn, plus ads went for 25 minutes AFTER the movie was supposed to start. The one star is because the staff was helpful, otherwise it would be zero. Cup holders were sticky.
Horrible customer service. We come every month and receive less than minimal attention every time. We have complained to management several times and initially received responses and promises that it will improve but it hasn't. We don't even get replies from management anymore. It is simply a training issue that requires enforced discipline but apparently this location does not have enough concern for their patrons to follow through with employees. Apathy is killing our economy folks.
We showed up tonight to see the 930pm showing, just to walk in and be told they are closing early.. and decided not to stay open for us so that they could get out early. If you have posted times online, I would hope that you would honor that instead of wasting customers time. We weren’t the only group that came by that was sent away As a company if you are seeing that your numbers are dropping and people are choosing not to go to Megaplex it’s probably because they don’t find a reliable when they have other choices these days.
We paid for luxury seating and the seats were old, squeaking, and the popcorn/drink trays were so broken that they wouldn't hold the items without sliding off. You would think with all the fancy new ordering systems also not a fan that the seats would be amazing. This is why we we always go to Pineview and only go to sunset if we absolutely have to because the movie we want to see isn't there.
We took our children to see Avatar II in 3D, something was wrong with the movie and it was so blurry that the captions couldn't be read. There were four of us in our group and all of us were having the same problem. Twice I spoke with someone and one of the employees told the manger the 3D wasn't working. She just argued with us and gave us our money back. This was disappointing because I have seen this movie before at a different theater and it was amazing! The 3D was spectacular. My suggestion is try a different theater for 3D Avatar.
Decided to catch a flick and watch the latest Harry Potter series “fantastic beasts” movie with my family feels like things are starting to get back to normal after Covid and there is more and more food and options. Good night.
