My experience was super Amazing, ELENI one of the employees it's very educated and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are leaving out of there with all your questions answered. The store is very clean and it makes it feel welcomed as soon as you go in unlike the other stores I've been to where there is a mess. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone
Wanna say thank you to Jonah, for going out of his way to help me yesterday. He loves his job but the most he loves is helping out the customer. Even took time to explain gaming and up coming releases.
This Location is simply the best for one reason & his name is Jonah!!!! He makes game stop experience so much beter. He goes above n beyond to help u n make us feel comfortable. GAME STOP DO NOT GET RID OF HIM!!!!
I only shop here once a year, it's annoying when they try to convince you to renew a Pro subscription for savings, when I only buy one game a year. It's $15 to renew, and I would of saved $5 off the game, so in reality I would've spent $10, not really saving.
Very personable and helpful staff, great selection and moderate prices. Has helped me find games in the past even at other stores and will definitely shop here again.
Worst experience ever. EVERY TIME I come to this particular GameStop I get an attitude from most employees. Not all but most. Especially from the skinny guy who wears glasses. I always come here to buy games and consoles...to get the same attitude every single time!! Around 4pm today I went in to buy a membership card and game and the young woman at the register was rude. She kept rolling her eyes and the gentle men with her also did the same. They both stared me down as I left the store. Yes people have different experiences. Good and bad. Mine happens to be a bad one. To avoid an argument I will never come back to this location. NEVER!
I do feel a little bad given at three stars I wish I could give it three and a half I don't think it's quite Worthy of 4 definitely not 5 the only reason I say anything like that it's a good store they have a good selection and I love how you're able to trade in stuff for new stuff it's one of the few places you could still do that at but the main reason I don't give him a big high rating it's because of the prices the prices here are pretty high for some things that should Cost Less but on the other hand it is a great place to buy used video games and you systems if you don't want to pay full price that's mainly why they get the stars that they get. But keep in mind if you're playing as a trade in systems or games make sure you truly don't want them because they're not going to give you close to what they're worth they kind of rip you off basically when it comes to that but I understand though it is a business and they have to make money somehow but they could still do a little better than what they do. For an example I have brought games in there. I've spent 40 to sometimes even $60 for when they first came out and then I go to trade them in where they're not even a year old yet and I've gotten 10% sometimes even less of what I paid for them when they're still in perfect condition so I don't find that really all that fair it must been 60 bucks on a game and if I'm lucky to get ten bucks back for it. That's kind of what I'm referring to like I said before I get how they got to make money but come on you guys can do better than that.
Today is the last day I stepped foot inside of a GameStop worst customer service I can't wait for this company to go out of business which won't be long after being ignored for about 20 minutes and asking for help and then getting skipped for another customer all sorts of nonsense I just went outside and ordered everything online for cheaper without all the hassle fuk u GameStop never again
My husband &son are always satisfied with their shopping experiences here& at most of the Game Stop shops.. They are always able to find what they are looking for or find great info on when to expect a new or anticipated game.. ALWAYS very informed employees!! So helpful to some of us moms that are not as techy as the kids & husbands
I have recently moved to the rocky hill area . Went to this gamestop and will say that the staff is excellent. Even though they were busy they took the time to help with my questions and went above to make sure I was well taken care of.
