Gotta say, some of the most PHENOMENAL service Ive ever had at a PC repair shop. Super communicative, open about pricing, and explained the process. Jose did a fantastic job letting me know what he could do to fix my problem, and when it was done. Fixed my issue in about 24 hours. If I ever have a problem again, or somebody I know is having an issue, this is definitely the place to go!
I had issues with my home personal printer not working. I brought the printer to two different places and the other places couldn't help me. I brought it to P C Warehouse in Wethersfield and The Technician Jose had it running without any problems in less then 10 minutes. I was more then happy as well as grateful. Great repair shop. You walk in and know immediately it is not a chain place. Other shops my family has worked with, it took well over a month with no progress. Here, laptop fixed within a week and that was because they needed to order a new motherboard. I recommend, pricing was fair and they got the job done.
Great service! Very reasonable price. Also, gave great tips on recognizing malware and suggestions for good security app. I will be back to get help with cleaning off a couple of old desktops.

HIGHLY recommend PC Warehouse! I spilled tea on laptop and Jose brought it back to life. Up front about what he'd try and very reasonable with the cost to fix. I am so happy with the service that Dave and his helpers provide. My husband and I have had at least four laptops repaired all under $159 or less. There's a laptop that we thought were useless or terribly damaged but usually the problem isn't great. They know what to do he diagnoses and fixes them and it's not worth buying a new one because these are still very serviceable computers. He's fast and efficient and it's easy drop off and pick up. Long hours. I don't know how he does it ...but he's a wizard!
My high-end ASUS laptop had DC charging connection that broke. I brought it around to all the Big Box "Repair" stores and they all told me it would be months to repair, my data would be wiped and it would be over $500 and why fix it when I could just get a new laptop!!!!! No way. Then I found PCWarehouse on an Internet search. What a fantastic business! These are the "Old School" computer repair folks. And I was blown away. The repair to the DC jack was a total of $125.00 and took about a week because the little jack had to be ordered. Once it arrived, they had it fixed and replaced and re-soldered onto the board in just a few hours. Fantastic store, gracious customer service and they also sell refurbished laptops and computers as well. I would give them 10 stars if it was allowed.
