One of the worst GameStop's I've been to in a while. Extremely rude staff member that rushed my order as I was deciding on a game and asking him questions. I understand he was busy but I only was there about 10 minutes and I wanted to be in and out as much as he did. If you're a purchasing Nintendo switch games here I'd highly recommend going somewhere else the store set-up has a bad setup where a window shining direct sunlight on the Nintendo switch game causes sun bleaching of the casing causing the colors to fade if you're coming to pick up new games I highly asked you to get ones in the back or the drawer. I hope they fix this in the future because I don't want you to pay GameStop pre-owned or new prices for items that have been damaged. Parking is convenient there's a lot of spaces but can get packed really quickly.
Only one guy working long line, he had no help .they need 2 people working!!! But he was doing the best he could!!!
Website needs to be updated. The website says the store closes at 8 and I drove all the way from Los Angeles and when I got there the employees informed me that the store closes at "7pm." So unfortunately I wasted my gas and time coming here because the website isn't accurate. That's a big inconvenience for customers and if the site isn't updated that will cause the store to lose customers.
What don't you like about GameStop, the friendliest of the staff, cleanness of all stores, fast check out lines & great deals. I'll be back!
Nice staff members helped
I just want to thank Monica, who was more than helpful. I was there today for a PS5. Line wasn't too bad. Employees there were quick to help everyone and have them in and out so we won't wait too long in line. I do appreciate that. Thanks again Monica for your help today.

The employee was amazingly helpful. I was doing some trade ins and he helped carry my boxes.
Terrible job with midnight releases. They will run out of stock and not even tell you until you're at the register. Had to wait 40 mins just to be told my pre-order wasn't in stock. How is it that I pay for it in total months before hand to get it asap when others will just walk in and buy the copy I pre-ordered on release day. The employees look miserable and probably due to the lack of a good manager. The staff once friendly and enthusiastic are now replaced with dead eyed individuals that only come in for the check. They hardly have the product that the website claims. They rarely if at all have pokemon related product. With their handling of pre-orders and limited selection I won't be missing gamestop anytime soon. I made the mistake of renewing my pro membership but I won't be doing that again.
This store sucks for store pickup, you can order an item at 10 am and they'll mark it as ready for pickup 10 minutes before closing time.
