Didn't have what I was looking for but my friend spent over 200$ on Dragonball figures

Gotta love being charged for a new game only for it to be opened and the disk scratched. Better off just buying from another retailer or eBay. Your games will be opened and used but will be charged “new” prices

Terrible experience. Game Stop has lost our business. Drove 30 minutes to purchase a $500 gaming system, and they wouldn't allow us to purchase it without purchasing their $15 membership. We chose the 30 minutes to game stop vs. the 30 minutes to Target, because we figured Game Stop was more reputable. Both Target and Best Buy have the system in stock. It's not exclusive to Game Stop. If you order this same item online from Game Stop and pick up in the store, you are not required to sign up for the $15 pro membership.

Google defines mediocrity as average, on-par, or unremarkable. I define mediocrity as the Game Stop located in Oxford Valley. Most Game Stops have a couple employees—this one doesn’t, wide selection—this one doesn’t, big sales—this one doesn’t. It just mediocre. You could find better stuff across the bridge at F.Y.E.

This is a GameStop with a vast selection of games! The service here is nice and the staff are decently engaged and friendly but often times it's only two people on staff at most.

Good place friendly people. But prices are starting to get way out of hand. N usually when I have a game request they don't have it. I have been sent to several other stores saying they had a game and checked but when I show up it's missing, always. Smh

Store has been closed for over an hour. I hope all the employees are ok. long line and no one there, sad!

Terrible experience. I had just bought 2 games that the girl working the counter had given me the complete wrong info on them which is fine but when I realized and went to return them 2 min later the girl told me she couldn't do it because there system was down and I would have to come back out go to another location to return them. She than proceeded to basically ignore me completely, not as much as even a "sorry." She followed me it the store while I was leaving I didn't make a scene or anything and closed the door behind me and put up a hand written sign that said "on break be back later." Super, unprofessional and rude. I'm positive she just wanted me out of the store so she could go on break rather than take care of her mistake. I sadly however have learned to expect this lack of professionalism with game stop. I try to avoid your stores at all costs nowadays days. Basically any actual hard core gamer out there has a horror story having to do with GameStop.
