Gap

This is a good place to shop. I'm a huge fan of their gap fit selection, their sales section is generous, and they always carry the newest and greatest items for the season. Employees are exceptional at being attentive and very courteous. They were so accommodating. Good place to stock up on daily wear items like tops and shorts. Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up. A very pleasant shopping experience all the time. I highly recommend this location.

Going here is an experience I will never forget. I don’t normally leave reviews but this is an exception. The care that goes into every moment you spend in the store is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They sincerely listen to what you want and make sure you’re happy with your selections. Huge variety in clothing. These guys really incredible, they always seem to be more concerned about my happiness rather than making a quick sale. Love this company and especially the people. It’s a true experience to visit. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Already out of gift boxes 2 weeks before xmas. "Everybody wants boxes" was the response, I asked if that was a surprise around the holidays. Understaffed, only 2 workers at 1 register between the shared Gap/Baby Gap stores and no one on the sales floor. Had to wait in the checkout line just to ask a question. They do have nice clothes with a good selection.

So it is 7pm Friday, 2 out of 4 registers open, almost no people in the store other than 30+ waiting in line to check out. There are 2 more staff folding clothes and helping others. It took over 25 min to check out. Can't blame staff, since they did all they could, but however is managing this store should be fired, as he is clearly incompetent to run any business enterprise.

Rude personal!They don't keep attention to their signs. If you are buying from them always check the receipt and sign. When i asked cashier why price of shirt is not 50% off sign promotion. She answered that's not her job to check the signs....Very bad experience.

Crazy discounts this season!

I go when there's a lot of sales as this isn't a very convenient location with Decades of consistently good customer service delivered. I am sure the store will survive as the mall transforms by the hands of the village of Northbrook

Got the fall collection that we were looking for. Place was clean and the staff were courteous.

GAP is upbeat place for cool fashion for all seasons. Deals they offer will make you happy
