Gap

Went to exchange some jeans I’d bought online. The employee who helped us was awesome. She was very attentive & helped us find what we wanted - even tracking down sizes for us that weren’t out on the tables. Everything was so smooth and easy. And the clothes are top notch. I’ve bought gap jeans for years & don’t plan on changing!

This store is a smaller store than others in the state. However, it is excellent. I appreciate how well the staff has been trained. I like being able to run into the gap and leave the mall without having to go anywhere else because I usually find what I need… and sometimes more than I was looking for.

I had to get on here and write a review for Matt D. at The Gap in the University Mall in Orem. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Matt. He helped us pick out a few things to try on. Then he helped us with different sizes. He did an amazing job taking care of us, something we weren't expecting at The Gap. Thank you.

I love shopping at the GAP. I been shopping there for years. The reason I shop there is how cute the clothes are but even more the quality. You buy any piece of clothing and it will last you years. You pay a little more then a cheap clothing place but it pays off. If you can't find what you want at this location the one at the outlets in traverse mountain is great with even more deals.

Their workout clothes are crap. I only wore the workout pants twice and they ripped. I returned them to the store and the girl working said they could send me $8 worth of in store credit by mail. A huge rip off when the pants were over $50... I will not buy anything from Gap again and will make sure to let others know.

Love the gap! Friendly employees and the softest darn clothes, but you definitely pay for it relatively pricy stuff. I would say that the quality to price ratio is perfectttt when you can snag their sales

Great clothes, terrible ambience. We haven't even hit Thanksgiving and they're playing Christmas music. Bring back the normal music or I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I love coming for kids clothes. The quality is superior, and if bought orn clearance they are a great deal.
