This review is for Janell and Jami at the Gap location in West Windsor, NJ. Both provided exemplary customer service with determining the best use of both my credit card and rewards program in order for me to obtain the greatest discount possible. Kudos to them both!!
I have been a loyal Gap customer all of my adult life. I typically go to the Newtown store which is absolutely amazing.However, because this store is on my way home I have been going more frequently.The manager is rude, disrespectful,and does not have a clear understanding of customer service. An item was “incorrectly” marked and when it was scanned the item and “incorrect” price appeared on the payment screen.She had an attitude and proceeded to speak to me as if I am the incompetent staff member who placed the price tag on the item. If you are looking for poor customer service and a rude store manager look no further. I do not see myself doing returning to the store no sale is worth being mistreated.
Very bad service. I return some item and would like to pay them with another credit card for my personal reason. The seller doesn't allow me purchasing them again and put them back one by one. I have to pick them up once again for nothing. Talked with her supervisor, he said ONLY one word 'OK' for this kind of service. Never return back, anyway they don't care us as well.
Staff was very nice and friendly though I was not able to return my gapfactory items here.
The staff was extremely accommodating when I needed help finding a size for my daughter—even getting a dress off a really hard-to-maneuver mannequin for us to try. They were very patient, very professional.
The best in NJ/ Princeton area! Always something is on sale so you would get some good stuff for marked down prices! We go there once every three months for new stuff !
High quality products and great staff. The store is neat and everything is organized. There are some good deals with the many sales going on now.
