I like this store for their customer service experience. I know they may not have everything but at least the people are nice and fun to talk with.
Store was extremely messy. Clothes were piled on the floor, hanging off shelves, long line for checkout, and the checkout counter was a disaster. Not worth shopping there if the clothes I buy, may have spent time on the floor.

Not is the Old Navy from before now are expensive
Cashier thought that I was Stupid did not wanna give me the Online price really thought that I was paying 39.99 for sum dam uniform pants NOT please call ya manager because I am holding up this line... and yess I got them for 9.99 Don't play with me ugh...
Only one cashier waited 45 minutes. No paper bags either I had to carry my purchases out of the store.
No deals are there now! But the place and products are nice.
I shopped in store. I only shop Old Navy once or twice a year mainly because the stores always seem so messy and overcrowded with racks and tables..no matter which store/State I am in. Seems like after all these years , the company hasn't changed it's layout or presentation at all. Too much stuff and never enough of my size med, 8-10
Occasionally decent clothes well priced. Unfortunately some time quality is lacking. Understanding how much something is going to cost is never clear. This is something they need to improve. The sale rack is a too untidy to find anything and full of stuff that is not reduced.
Kinda like this store. You can find some really great buys there, but sometimes have to really dig thru the racks. Best to go early as the dressing rooms can get crowded. Worth a look thru.
