I had very complex questions about a return I needed help with. I was admittedly a bit nervous to call this local store, as I was unsure if they could help. However, I was met with such incredible patience, kindness and professionalism when speaking with Cody. It’s this kind of customer service that really brightens your day. UPDATE: I went in for my returns and the whole staff was just amazing. An amazing shopping experience
Horrible sales staff and managers especially! Friends find deals here...I found a headache of old/beyond repair returns that are on the rack/dirty store. Would never go back after 1 visit! Somerset Collection Gap is my home! I miss the old Birmingham Gap! ...1 star is being ridiculously nice.
The store is nice. There isn’t enough kids clothing. They really have slim pickings for babies and toddlers. They also wouldn’t take a 50$ gap cash card I had because I didn’t have my card with me. They were really a little nasty about it. It really wasn’t a big deal. Overall the store is nice though.
This store location is always so clean and organized when I shop here, which makes shopping a more enjoyable experience. I tend to look online first before visiting the store and when I shop here, I tend to have an easier time locating the clothing items I need.
Gap has the worst return systems, requiring multiple barcodes for the same online order. Anytime I return something, it's a one hour ordeal. Its 2019, get your IT systems, and order numbers more streamlined. Unbelievable!
i really enjoy shopping here! i got this cute summer white dress here and they got some good clothes in the sale section. my favorite gap in the whole michigan
I drove all the to this location to be here at 10am when they opened... I waited 15 minutes and no one opened the door or answered the phone. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but I did have somewhere to be... and I watched the manager and employees on the side of the building drinking coffee in each other’s car...
I checked the website and it said store open . I drove over specifically to the gap and was told they are closed. When I told woman I only wanted to return some clothes she snapped yah you and everyone else ! Not happy
We love this store. It is a free standing store and big - has so much more than the mall stores.
Great sales just in time to pick up some last minute gifts!
