GAP OUTLET - TULARE OUTLET CENTER

So many sales storewide! I was able to try on many clothing items as well which helped me so much to see what I wanted to purchase. The employees were very nice also. I appreciate seeing employees by the fitting rooms in case I have any questions and there definitely was someone there. Their selection is great, whether you’re looking for a sweater, a shirt, or even something more specific like I was personally looking for a long sleeve shirt and jeans which they had available in many different fabrics and sizes! Might be a bit of a wait in line right now, but I blame it on the holidays. All in all, great prices and beautiful quality clothing!

Nice store and lots of collection for entire family, however it would be good if they have can clearly mention about the discount percentage.

This was my first job ever... Staff was amazing , helpful , kind and welcoming

They had a ton of markdowns on really nice stuff. We saved over 300 dollars and walked out with 4 bags full of clothes. I got a lot of shorts and shirts that fit really well. We will definitely return to this location.

One thing about The Gap you can definitely guarantee....Their clothing never changes... Same style every season since day one....Smh...Looks the same as the time I was there last....and that was at least 10 years ago...

The store had great products. I came in 20 minutes before closing and I felt the pressure! Lighting was half on, associates everywhere but nobody's helping? Fitting rooms were closed 15 minutes before closing? Definitely felt rushed and like a burden!

Horrible customer service! Last night, 11/29, they had all jeans displayed at 40% off lowest ticketed price. When told my total, I questioned why the discount wasn’t applied to the jeans I was purchasing. The employee stated that they were “sent the wrong sale sign and those jeans don’t count because they’re clearance.” They were literally right next to the 40% sale sign, so I told her that regardless of the error, they are knowingly displaying the discount anyway and that they need to honor it. She replied with an attitude, “it doesn’t work like that.” Needless to say, I didn’t buy anything and I will not spend another dollar in this store with rude employees and management that doesn’t take responsibility for falsely advertising sales and discounts. This isn’t the first time that something like this has happened which makes it even more infuriating!

It's always nice and quiet place to shop with Good collection

Long line a lot of customers leaving purchases behind and only 2 cashiers for a line of 50 people. I don’t blame the employees but the terrible upper management managing the store and doing a terrible job. Literally 2 people in front of me left their garments while waiting in line. Others come to the store and walk out as soon as they see the line.
