I was looking for a storage unit for my business in the area, and came across this location. After a phone call and staff answered all of my questions, I knew I found what I was looking for. The area is very clean and secure. There are always a manager on site to help and answer questions. I had an issue with a delivery trucking into my storage, the manager on site went far and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved. I highly recommend this location. A+ for customer service.

I love this place.  The new management is fantastic and the customer service is outstanding.  It's the most secure and clean facility I've been to.  I recommended a friend and got a $30 credit towards my bill.  After how great I've been taken care of I would  still recommend this place even without the credit.  Thank you for taking care of me and my family's belongings.

I like this place and these people as well are great and friendly Ron is a awesome person and has really been there for me and never was rude matter of fact thr whole staff ive met so far is 2 guys amd 1 lady by far 100% kindness and respectfully take care of there storage thanks Ron and team

Great customer service the people who work there are so nice and helpful. It is a very clean facility and the staff is very understanding  of people's situations. There was a time when I couldn't pay for my storage and they worked with me.

I was happy at first... But now I'm ready to get my stuff out of here. Use this place temporarily if you have to, the fees will kill you if you mess up even once. Still better than ANY Public Storage. Only because it's cheaper and there are hand carts readily available.

Don't know about the negative experiences others have had. This place is legit with a code locked front gate. Facilities are clean except for the occasional homeless person hanging outside of and in the storage facility. None of them are crazy though from what I've seen.  Watch out for expired credit cards though, they'll charge a late fee if you don't update it before it's expired.

I been in different storages companies, I’m very happy with the service I received with Rick he is an exelent person, every body should be able to work with him. My unite is in garden grove

Best storage that I know of. Staff knows each and every person on a personal level.i like that very much.
