Dan and Luci are really helpful! Checked out the unit, looks very secure and climate control for basement units with easy access. The hallways are very clean and elevator is large for big furniture. Good security features.
Danny is the manager at Lighthouse Storage in Westminster and can I just shout him out real quick because honestly he's the best we are both Aries and both love to talk and he's just so wonderful He checks on me to make sure that I'm okay and always gives me the best energy! Today I went as I always do about two three times a day because I leave my work equipment in my storage before I jump on the freeway to go home. Just earlier today I stopped in to grab my equipment before going to a client's house, he gently tapped on my window just to pop in and say hi! He has these quotes I swear he can be a philosopher! Talking to him always brightens up my day And I'm very grateful that he checks on me and is always so kind, and he takes such good care of the facility honestly it always is left very clean! He's an all-around great guy and a hard worker with such good advice! Thank you so much Danny you're the best!
Awesome staff! Very helpful and informative. We had a different storage unit elsewhere that was dirty and raised the rate without telling us. This place is very clean!

Management has gone above and beyond the normal, at least for me anyway. I have had several storages in my life and this facility has great gate hours, top notch security and management that actually CARES! I have had all of my concerns met and wanted to thank Lucy, Heather, Danny, and Nichol for their exceptional services that they have provided. The facility has climate controlled units and is by far the cleanest storage I have ever rented from.Thank you.

I’ve had a large storage with lighthouse for almost 2 years. I’m on autopay and never been late. My last payment didn’t go through for some reason. There’s no issue on my end. Lighthouse didn’t call me or email me. They sent me a letter with over $100 worth of late fees and they refuse to remove them. Not the way to treat a long term tenant and customer.
