Garden of the paws is by far my favorite pet store, ever. Not only are all the employees helpful, but they go out of their way to make sure we customers are getting the knowledge we need to better the lives of our fur babies. I have yet to visit another pet shop where the staff cares as much as The Garden. Not to mention the owner prides himself on supporting local products and creating a “Zen” environment for everyone who steps foot at The Garden. CLEARLY those one star reviews about “bad customer service” or “bad” have never stepped foot in this store. Rest assured you and your babies are in good hands when shopping here. Oh! And the Sphynx cats are to die for!
We first heard about Garden of the paws on a Facebook group asking for good groomers. We tried it out and we love them! We have a Shih tzu puppy and an 8 year old Newfie mix. The Shih tzu gets groomed by Anna and looks and smells amazing! She doesn’t come back shaking or seeming scared after being groomed. They put cute little bows in her hair. We don’t get the Newfie groomed we do it ourselves at the self wash stations they have in the store. The self wash stations are so cool, the blurbs move up and down so you don’t have to lift your pet to get them in or out or be hunched over to bath them. The sprayer is in an arch shape to wet more of the dog, the hair dryer is INCLUDED in the wash and you use it while the dog is still in the tub! No moving to different rooms to dry your soggy pup that keeps shaking and lift the dog up onto a counter to dry. The store is very clean and organized. They have good quality food and treats. You can tell the owner and employees love animals. The employees are very helpful. The owner is very friendly. He offered my husband a free bag of food to try but my husband refused so the owner can make money on his new store. They have 3 or 4 hairless cats that you can see or pet if you ask. I’m not a cat person but I thought they were cool. I cannot recommend Garden of the paws enough. I am a returning customer who sings their praises to anyone who is looking for pet products or grooming.
Loves these guys! Beautifully clean store and they have all my favorite stuff including our Nulo Kibble and treats and the best Raw Bones from Anderson's. Totally worth going into these guys.
This is the coolest, cleanest, and most loving pet care spa our family has ever been to. Blake and his staff truly care about the wellbeing of your pets. I have a 15 year old Bichon-Yorkie 10 lbs that I take there for grooming, food, CBD oils, and treats. My dog loves it there. She feels safe and they always take great care of her. They don’t board her at all...her spa visits for grooming are always in and out so our doggy isn’t stressed at all. Only the best. Every time we go in, we also have to visit the kitties and the bird. So cool!!

The first time I had my ShihTzu groomed here, the groomer Kim did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, Kim is not working here anymore. I've tried them twice since she left and not been happy with the inexperienced groomers.
The overall store and staff is amazing. The atmosphere is very friendly and you can sense their business is passionate about serving pet lovers. I was recommended by a friend to visit their store and I can see why. I actually had a negative experience for my dog with a groomer my first visit which was a shame. I was pretty unhappy with the groomer and decided to reach out directly. When I reached out to the owner, Blake, he returned my message immediately and took the time out of his morning to listen with open ears and discuss my concerns with me and work on a resolution. I can’t speak more highly of him and what his business stands for. The integrity he showed during our conversation turned a disappointing experience into a returning patronage. We worked together to make things right and he shared his own viewpoint on the situation that I respected. I love to support independent businesses such as his, and I will continue to do so based on how he resolved my initial dissatisfaction and his vision for his business.
Got my 1 year old labradoodle groomed here and they did such a good job. Highly recommended.
Pretty good! I like the food that they sell there for my cat they're very educated on cat and dog diets, and I went for open farm after doing research on how sustainable and ethical it is and it's a cute shop. The grooming seemed a bit overwhelmed today and weren't sure what my cat came in for despite scheduling it the prior day. She got her nails trimmed which I didn't request, but she smells good and looks good! She even came home calm which surprised me from a kitty who despises water. I also understand that today was really busy for them. I was happy to see my new rescue cat come home with a clean look regardless. I'll keep getting food and toys here no doubt at least.
This has to be one of the most unique pet stores in the area. So many food options available for cats and dogs. I didn't catch the name of the employee working but he was really nice and even offered me a few samples to take home. I will return soon!
