didn’t really mind the quality of the washers and dryers as thats abt the same everywhere you go but; if you are woman in the area i do not suggest going to this laundromat by yourself not only did an older man come across the laundromat to dry his stuff right next to mine and WATCHED my stuff dry while he stood in front of my washer, a random shirtless older man came in off the street and started talking to me. he kept getting closer while i backed away, he kept grabbing my shoulder over and over, “flirted”, and kept talking about how upset he was this laundromat didn’t have a soda machine he then went over to a family with young children and berated them for 20 mins before leaving finally. suffice to say i will not be coming back here alone and i don’t suggest you do either
I came in with my kids to do laundry for a family of 11. Used my card and was charged twice but machine never started but still charged my card. I didn’t complain I just got cash to avoid being charged again. I got all my laundry in and went to get my kids lunch. We were gone for maybe 40 min, our shortest load was timed at 30 min. When we returned the machine I was already having trouble with was empty and my dirty cloths that never got washed even though I paid. I asked the lady working if she saw someone take it out and she said yeah I did. It’s not ok for you to have so much laundry and take up so many machines and leave. She even piled my cloths on someone else’s stuff. There was only her and a couple.
I dropped off laundry to be cleaned and folded today and had a lovely employee take care of me and make sure they were finished same day. I wish I had gotten her name. She was very nice and efficient

Has fast wifi, a small restroom, a change machine, and a small detergent vending machine $1.00 each As of 5/25/23 prices are: Small Double Load Washer: $4.25 Medium Triple Load Washer: $5.50 Large Commercial Washer: $7.50 only perm press, quick cycle, or delicate but no regular cycle Dryer: 25 cents for 7 minutes high heat setting is just meh A little pricey but its clean and in a nice enough location.

My first review ever. If you arent going to maintain your machines...then 1st, you put up out of order signs regularly and 2nd, you answer the phone to arrange reimbursement. I brought my own coins and got taken for 8.50 by two machines. No answer at phone number and an employee not empowered to help. They must make a mint off the tourists who dont have time to return for 10 bucks.
Reported a washer was hardly getting any water in to be told “this one is on a slant that water is in the back” got my wash done and of course half my clothes were still dry and the attendant took off for the day nearly 45 minutes before their “office hours” ended. Very shady customer service. Hope they feel good robbing people. I would’ve been satisfied with “sorry I can’t do any refunds”
Easy to find, prices are good and they offer other services. People or staff that was there were very friendly.
Better than the Barracks washers…but just about the same amount of them are broken. Only difference is these ones steal your money. Would love a service call number. So you can refund me the $4 your unmarked broken washer took. Thanks!
Cons: Facility is not clean. Wet, dirty carpeted laundromat. EXPENSIVE!! We have traveled around the US for 5 months. We normally pay around $7 for all of our laundry, paid DOUBLE here. Washing same items every Monday, same amount of laundry. Front load machine left clothes extra wet and took AN HOUR TO DRY SMALL LOADS. Instead of music for all to enjoy there was one sided news. Pro: Has a working bathroom Tip: Hand sanitizer at sink IS NOT soap. You need to cut loose for HAND SOAP when people are toileting. BLAH!! I am an RN.
