Totally Clean Coin Laundry

I had my first experience using Colby’s Cleaners in Bay City last week and it was a total success. Rarely have I seen such commitment to customer service. The staff I worked with was professional, courteous, and friendly and the value I received was exceptional. I will return to Colby’s again for my dry cleaning and alteration needs - well done!

Clean. The washers are newer. The machines still take quarters or will accept a bank card. On a hot day, the air conditioning keeps it cool while you're doing your laundry.

Card readers on the machines make this a convenient place to do laundry. Also has retro arcade games and a pinball machine to kill time while waiting on laundry.

Clean location. Liv was very friendly and helped me with any questions I had. They have big machines for big loads which is nice. Will come again

Cleanest laundromat I've ever used. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They keep everything very clean and wiped down always. Best laundromat I've ever used. Huge 40 lb., 60 lb. and 80 lb washers. Two rinses. You can put a lot in, so it makes it easier to save money.

0/10, place was NOT clean at all, really bad customer service. overall bad experience. The cleaner there was very disrespectful pointed out my race in quotes “black girl doing laundry over there”!! I will never attend this laundromat again.

Their upright washers do not have enough water to use a pod & we had to add 15 extra minutes to everything to get it dry. Very disappointing!

Had a small load. The attendant was very helpful to me. How to use the washers and driers. Haven't used these machines in Texas. Gave me good service. Am thankful she was there to help me. Thank you.

Went in today and the dryers just sucked bad 1hr and 45 minutes and my clothes we’re still wet hanging clothes in my house to dry now not to mention the timers are off idk how much but when u put in An hour worth of time set ur alarm for 55 minutes and they are already off then second round set for 45 minutes set alarm for 38 minutes and already off how does this make sense something definitely wrong herr

I have noticed the attended wasn't doing much but sitting down eating a box of cheesests. Not sanitizing any of the washers after being used. A few of the one's I checked straight up smelled like mildew. The dryers I had to keep putting more an more quarters to dry . They don't clean out the vent traps very often. Totally clean is not totally clean. Just saying. Maybe when they start a more vigorous cleaning of the machine's. I might come back.
