The staff in this location is AMAZING! I was getting a rental after having a car accident. They had the car ready & waiting for us when we got there. They made the whole process so easy. Would 100% recommend!
I rate this a 1 star I recently made a reservation week in advance with them and four hours before my flight they cancelled my reservation due to me having a out of state license and using a debit card when I recently used the same out of state license and a debit card at a airport enterprise. as military personnel alot of us have out of state drivers license, and have to pay out of pocket for some of our transportation to and from places like airports/school, yes there's other ways of getting places but a 87 dollar rental is better than an Uber for over 100 dollars especially when we pay out of pocket for some of the transportation. would not recommend, never using enterprise again
I’ve now had 2 very pleasant experiences with Raven. She is very accommodating and ensured I would have what I needed. 10/10. I cannot praise her enough. Excellent service at Lexington Park Enterprise.
Picked up and returned a vehicle for a business trip. Polite staff. Short wait for service. Car was clean and traveled 6hrs each way no issues.

I was I. A car accident and needed a rental so my insurance company reserved with this enterprise. When I got the vehicle I told the employee that the vehicle was too big for me so he told me that I could bring it back and get something smaller this was in a Wednesday. They didn’t answer the phone until Saturday and then said call Monday and didn’t answer it then. I was stuck with a veg that was too big for me to drive and a gas guzzler. I reserved a mid size car. I will not go back to them again.

I have had to use the Lexington Park, MD Enterprise Rental 2 times in the last year. I have mostly dealt with the manager Bobby, and he is great! He has wonderful customer service and really does well at making the atmosphere calm when there is so much going on.
Very convenient and efficient car rental facility with a competent, helpful staff.
Awful experience. They overbook cars and have no problem telling you that the car is unavailable when you arrive. Ashley threatened to call the cops on my husband who did nothing except plead with them that they give him a vehicle since he had already made a reservation online. There were several vehicles available in the parking lot and another vehicle returned while he was inside the facility. If I could give zero stars I would. Ashley treated him with completely unprofessional behavior by threatening to call the cops without reason. We will be calling whoever possible to make sure this situation is handled.
