Harold V. Garner Sr. Founded Garner Funeral Home in 1950 and worked until his death in 1982. He began his career in Hunnewell, Missouri, later moving to Louisiana, Missouri ,before settling in Monroe City. He strived to make his funeral business more personal, getting to know his families and personalizing each and every service. He built Garner Funeral Home as we know it today. We the employees strive to keep the values and traditions he established by showing our families the utmost dignity and the respect they deserve.
His son, Harold V. Garner Jr., joined the business in 1965 and worked until his death in 2015
His Grandson, Trent A. Garner joined the business in 1989 and is currently the soul owner and operator.
