Had to send in my Garrett AT Max for a repair, long after warranty. Not only were they super fast, but the cost was much lower than expected. I was so nervous. But they treated me very well. Garrett is exceptional.

I wanted to thank Ms. Maureen & Ms. Hilda for their exceptional customer service. I Had an issue I was not expecting to have resolved today, and was blown away by the speed and lengths that these two ladies and the service team went to, to pull it off. No exaggeration, I went in thinking nothing would come of my “coming from out of trip” to Garrett today, to being completely taken care of beyond my expectations. Needless to say, they turned a multiple trip problem into a one and done-beyond satisfied experience. Thank you ladies and the team once again.

Garrett Metal Detectors, in regards to their products, is the exact definition of “quality”. Since approximately 2011, I have been utilizing their ACE 250 Metal Detector. While I should upgrade to their ACE 300 or 400 model for superior accuracy, I’ve had no problematic issues with the ACE 250. I’ve found several American coins, a Korean War mess kit knife, a 1950s-1960s children’s artillery toy, some jewelry pieces, and other scrap utilizing the ACE 250. Battery life is reasonable, yet I would prefer that the detector could be charged utilizing a household power outlet. A few holiday seasons ago, I received their Garrett Pro Pointer AT as a gift. Due to financial circumstances, I eventually had to sell my Pro Pointer. Prior to my sale, I called a representative from Garrett to inquire if my Pro Pointer had a warranty. The representative was professional, friendly, and accurately assisted me with my inquiry. You will not be disappointed!

Awesome company and products. Nice that they are not only in the States but better in Texas and Best they are local to me. I have bought many of their metal detectors. I did sell them due to loss of interest in metal detecting, not due to quality of their products. I have owned the Garrett ACE 150, 250 and now 300. I do plan of keeping this one and starting again, once it warms up. Update. Thank you to Hilda and the technicians for great customer service and restoration of my sea hunter mk 2. Great job Their prices are fair and their detectors work great. Very comparable to those that are more expensive and very user friendly.

We had a great experience at the Garrett Metal Detector manufacturing Facility in Garland Texas. My wife and I had been wanting to stop in to see the little museum of all kinds of finds that Garrett has accumulated over the years and found the display very interesting and well worth the visit. I was able to buy a book and a shirt and cap as well.To top everything off we were able to take a tour of the plant and see the processes of building the Ace and AT Pro metal detectors product line. We were very impressed with the facility and all the employees .Everyone was so nice to us and really made me proud to own several Garrett products. Thanks to Rusty Curry for all the information he sheared with us about our equipment and for the tour.
